Research And Application Of Comprehensive Performance Evaluation Method In River Dredging Project Management

Waterway traffic has an important impact on the national transportation industry and national economic development.With the development of science and technology and theoretical research on engineering management,the management of waterway project has developed rapidly.However,its development is one-sided.Among them,river dredging project is an important part of water and land engineering.During the construction process,how to carry out staged accurate evaluation of each indicator and integrated management of cost,schedule and quality,so as to realize real-time and efficient dynamics of the project.Control is still an urgent problem to be solved.According to the analysis of the status quo and problems of river dredging project management,this paper based on the project management system,from the theoretical research and application analysis,comprehensively analyzes and discusses the cost,schedule and quality integrated management of river dredging projects at present.the study.In terms of theoretical research,based on the traditional cost-schedule earned value performance evaluation method,the quality earned value is introduced,and the influence of quality factors on project cost and schedule performance evaluation is fully considered,a comprehensive earned value performance evaluation model is established,and an application process is proposed.Comprehensive evaluation of progress and quality construction results,integrated dynamic control of cost,schedule and quality in project management.In the aspect of application analysis,in the YZB river dredging project,according to the project management plan,the cost-schedule-quality comprehensive earned value performance evaluation method is used to comprehensively and systematically analyze the target execution effects of each stage of the project and timely correct and control the project,which promotes the project low.Cost and high quality are completed on time to achieve an effective combination of theoretical research and practical application.In this paper,the integrated management of project cost,schedule and quality in river dredging project is deeply studied,which effectively improves the current management status of river dredging project,ensures the completion of various indicators,and realizes the maximization of project benefits,quality assurance and efficient operation.
