Charging infrastructure construction is the basic guarantee of China’s development in new energy vehicle industry and the promotion of green energy development;Fujian,as a benchmark province for ecological construction,attaching importance to the development in new energy automobile industry is conducive to accelerating the construction goal of the ecological civilization pilot zone and helping to achieve carbon neutrality.Charging infrastructure construction is an important part of the construction of new infrastructure,and it needs to be driven by policy guidance in order for the industry to have a brighter and healthier future.Therefore,analyzing the current situation and shortcomings of the government’s policy supply for the construction of charging infrastructure and putting forward some voptimization suggestions are of far-reaching significance for the layout of the "14th Five-Year Plan" stage and even the future industry.This study uses literature analysis,empirical research,interviews and other methods to analyze the current situation of the policy supply of the state and Fujian Province for charging infrastructure construction from the beginning of the proposal of charging infrastructure construction goals,that is,from the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" to the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" stage,and affirms that Fujian Province has made certain achievements in industrial construction and promoted the development in the new energy automobile industry.While achieving results,there are also policy supply problems such as the lack of reasonable planning policies,the lack of policies to regulate market operations,and the lack of policies to guide industrial construction,which restrict the high-quality development of Fujian Province’s charging infrastructure construction industry and affect the promotion of the new energy vehicle market.On the basis of in-depth analysis of the causes of the problem,this study puts forward policy optimization suggestions from three perspectives: first,to strengthen the top-level design and the accuracy of policy supply;second,to improve policy decomposition and responsibility demarcation,pay attention to the improvement of policy pilot and rollout work mechanism;third,to carry out the evaluation of the validity of existing policies,also to pay attention to the policy adjustment of emerging new problems,and at the same time to deal with policy redeployment for the new situation of new infrastructure.Through the above countermeasures,it is expected that there will be certain theoretical reference value for the supply of special policies for the construction and development of charging infrastructure in Fujian Province during the "14th Five-Year Plan" stage and in the future.
