New Energy Vehicle Infrastructure Development Policy Dilemmas And Countermeasures Research

Since 21^st century,with the developing of the technology,new energy vehicles like hybrid vehicles,electric vehicles and flex-fuel vehicles are produced.In recent years,affected by the increasing of the international geopolitical tensions,the international energy supply instability and environmental protection requirements in all over the world,the development and promotion of the new energy vehicles become more and more important.As a newly emerging power in automotive industry,China is continually promoting the new energy vehicle industry in these years and have the foremost sales in around the world.Meanwhile however,we should deeply realize that the new energy vehicle industry is increasingly restrained by insufficient of the new energy automotive infrastructure.Therefore,for a leapfrog development in new energy vehicle area,accelerating the development of the relevant infrastructure has become a key issue and must be paid attention to achieve.This article starts with the main factors,which restrict the development of new energy vehicle infrastructure.Based on the current research,by studying the implementation difficulties of existing development policies,this paper theoretically explores suitable new energy vehicle infrastructure development strategies in order to find practical references to speed up the popularization of new energy vehicles.Firstly,this paper investigates the development status of current new energy vehicles and the relevant infrastructure,which mainly involves the current development status of the new energy vehicle industry,the new energy vehicle infrastructure and various supporting policies generated by central and local government.Then,to explore the policy difficulties behind the problems,this paper investigate the problems encountered in the development of the new energy vehicle infrastructure industry.There are mainly five factors in daily life,including the unclear development thinking,which plays the most important role.The public support policy and safety management inadequate are also two important factors.Finally yet importantly,the issues of power supply,battery recycling are also the main factors,which are mentioned in the paper.Finally,by studying of various factors restricting the new energy vehicle development,this paper gives some countermeasures.To solve the public policy and safety management inadequate issues,feasible countermeasures such as strengthening planning,optimizing subsides,enhancing safety management intelligence and clarifying management responsibilities are raised by this paper.Additionally,this paper also introduces some methods e.g.introducing electricity market-oriented transactions,enhancing competition and strengthening the battery standard system construction etc.However,to solve the unclear development thinking issue,except of the construction based on the actual local conditions,the most effective method to promote the progress of the new energy vehicles is to enhance the scientific research and development.
