Research On Project Scheduling Management Of ALBB Based On Critical Chain Technology

In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s economy and the continuous improvement of consumption level,China has become a major global market.Large enterprises have built large headquarters in Asia for their own development.Large public construction projects have the following characteristics in the construction process: large single building area,high construction technology,difficult management,and strict schedule requirements.This requires construction enterprises to have higher management ability in the process of project management,in which project schedule management is particularly important for project management.This paper takes the ALBB project as the research object.First,check the relevant literature to understand the project schedule management methods and describe the current situation of project schedule management.Secondly,it analyzes the current situation,influencing factors,causes and problems in the actual construction process of the project.Then,according to the actual situation of the project,key chain technology and construction guarantee measures are adopted to optimize the original schedule plan of the project and evaluate its effect.So as to ensure the perfect performance of ALBB project.This paper mainly uses the key chain technology to optimize and adjust the construction content with resource conflict by setting buffer zone according to the actual schedule management scheme of the project.And the actual progress of the project is monitored in real time to scientifically formulate and control the project construction schedule.At present,most of the domestic project schedule management simply adopts Gantt Chart and other methods,and the critical chain technology is rarely used in practice.The ALBB project has not only completed the schedule node through the key chain method and construction assurance measures,but also won various awards from the owner and the government for many times in terms of construction quality and safety,which has certain reference significance for the management of large-scale construction projects.
