The domestic subway construction is in full swing recently.The excavation methods of subway tunnels are becoming more and more diversified in the background.Mechanical method has been greatly improved in safety,quality and schedule management compared with the traditional drilling and blasting method.The cost index also can be controlled to an acceptable range under the suitable geological conditions.And the overall advantage is obvious.As one of the mechanical methods,TBM(Tunnel Boring Machine)method is more and more used in the subway construction of hard rock geological City,but its excavation speed in urban subway project is much slower than mountain tunnel,so it has great potential to be tapped.Therefore,how to give full play to the performance of TBM through scientific and reasonable project management has become the key task of subway practitioners,especially construction managers.And the progress management research of related projects has been paid more and more attention by project managers.TBM construction of subway tunnel is different from other construction projects.There are many cross and influence factors between tunnel excavating and adjacent station construction,existing buildings,other subway lines,etc.As a result,the multi-tunnel excavating cannot be continuous,which leads to the forgetting effect of production efficiency.The efficiency of TBM driving is reduced,the construction period is uncontrollable,and it is easy to cause schedule risk.In addition,various uncertain factors such as equipment management,personnel organization,material supply,etc.within the project will also generate schedule risk.From the perspective of the construction project manager,this paper make analysis in detail various problems that may affect the construction schedule,establishes a schedule management system,and provides technical support and theoretical guidance for the site manager on schedule management.First of all,it introduces the theories of subway project management and schedule management at home and abroad in detail.Starting from the two kinds of schedule representation methods,which are Gantt chart and network planing,it expounds the WBS(Work Breakdown Structure)method,CCPM(Critical Chain Project Management)method commonly used in schedule management.Then,through the statistical analysis of the progress of double shield TBM in the QDM1 construction,the paper identifies the key factors influencing the construction progress,compiles the construction schedule plan,draws the network planing,adjust the TBM excavating construction process by using the CCPM method,determines the final critical path,calculates and set the buffer,and proposes solutions and specific implementation measures for the existing problems.Finally,the paper compares the construction period before and after the use of CCPM method,and draws a conclusion that the use of CCPM to manage the project schedule can greatly improve the construction efficiency in TBM subway construction project,which is worthy of popularization and application.
