Construction and operation of construction projects can not only improve the appearance of urban and rural areas and provide great convenience for production and life,but also become an important tool for stimulating domestic demand and driving the employment of surplus labor force and a powerful tool for the central government to promote economic development.At the same time,the construction of construction projects is also conducive to the development of regional economy,and has become an important starting point for promoting the openness and deep integration of regional economy.According to project management theory,project construction progress management involves knowledge of multiple disciplines,such as management,architecture,psychology,systems science and histology.To strengthen the management of infrastructure construction of the project schedule,need to the scientific management theory as the guidance,according to the specification of the project construction process,the full scope of research projects and content,strict control of capital construction project duration of each working procedure,reasonable use of technology of project construction plan,take effective measures to earnestly implement the construction schedule,for the various factors influencing the project construction schedule to carry out strict control,ensure the basic construction projects to finish all the work tasks.In order to guarantee the basic construction conditions of asean economic development zone hospital,the guangxi government started construction of guangxi GM project of asean economic development zone people's hospital(hereinafter referred to as guangxi GM project)in 2017.In the study of construction schedule management of guangxi GM project,this paper firstly analyzes and determines the management process of GM project construction in guangxi.After preliminary investigations,clear project construction content and scope,innovative use of PBS technology,start work break the boundaries of time,the job also as a project before start working together,to develop GM project structure decomposition of guangxi,to study the relations of each work process and organizational relationships,making preliminary construction schedule;Then the project construction resources were reviewed and analyzed.The duration of some work was modified according to the resource supply situation,and the final GM project construction schedule of guangxi was formed after adjustment and modification.Continue to study the implementation of the construction schedule,construction schedule management organization,improve the system of schedule management,implement daily management method such as the full implementation of construction schedule management plan,and with the help of science and the progress of the inspection technology such as front line method,to find and analyze the progress deviation,correct GM project progress deviation in guangxi,guangxi GM to ensure project progress goal implementation on schedule.
