| Infrastructure construction is a beautiful name card of our country,and has become an important starting point for our country to implement the "One Belt And One Road" initiative to boost the "going out" of enterprises.Construction industry is an important pillar industry in China,and construction enterprises have made great contributions to national economic construction,foreign aid and improvement of people’s living quality in different periods.In recent years,along with the reform of mechanism of system of building enterprise,supply side structural reform and construction in the development of high quality,green construction,prefabricated construction,intelligent building,facing the complicated international economic situation and downward pressure on domestic economy,the domestic construction enterprises how to based on a new stage of development,sets up the new development concept,with new development strategy,is the realization of many construction enterprises in China need to face the problem.As a result,the era background of the development of construction enterprises should be based on high quality,scientific analysis of social political and economic situation,trade and industry development trend,to recognize their own advantages and disadvantages,tailored to their own development strategy development plan,to change made significant progress in the development,can be in an impregnable position in the fierce competition,realize the sustainable and healthy development of the enterprise.Taking A construction enterprise of China WK Group as the research object,this paper firstly summarized the development of strategic management theory and the application of strategic management in construction enterprises through literature research method,clarified the concept,characteristics,types,requirements of enterprise strategic management,analysed the basic theories such as competitive strategy,core competence and resource base,and established the theoretical analysis framework of strategic development research of A construction enterprise.Secondly,through PEST model,Porter’s "Five Forces" model and SWOT analysis method,the macro environment,industry environment,internal environment,opportunities and challenges,strengths and weaknesses that A construction enterprise faces are analyzed,and obtained S-O and W-O two better strategic choices.Then,the enterprise mission,enterprise vision,strategic positioning,strategic objectives,strategic development stage,strategic business selection strategy and so on of A construction enterprise are proposed.Finally,through the systematic research method,17 safeguard measures from four aspects,including strengthening two guidance,implementing three reforms,promoting the construction of four platforms,and enhancing eight core competencies,are put forward to ensure the smooth realization of the strategic objectives of the enterprise.The conclusion of the study is of great significance to scientifically guide the healthy and sustainable development of A construction enterprise,and enhance the forward-looking,guiding and guiding nature of enterprise development planning.It also has a certain reference value for China’s construction enterprise system and mechanism reform and for the transformation of modern construction enterprises.It also makes a positive contribution to promoting Chinese construction enterprises to "go global" and polishing the name card of China’s infrastructure country. |
