Research On The Development Strategic Of The Enterprise Of Highway Construction Supervision Of China Based On The Model Of Maturity

The engineering supervision is an essential part in the engineering construc-tion. The highway engineering supervision enterprise plays an important role ofsupervision and guarantee in highway construction. Since the implementation of theengineering supervision system in1988, the supervision career in China is booming,and the relevant laws and regulations of supervision are constantly being improved.But compared with developed countries, there are still some gaps in the develop-ment of the highway construction supervision enterprises of China, mainly as thedevelopment of a single model and the relative lack of maturity. The purpose of thispaper is to analyze and build the future development model and developmentstrategies of the highway construction supervision enterprises with using of thetheories and models of maturity, and provide the theoretical basis for the strategicmanagement of the highway construction supervision.On the basis of reviewing the theories of maturity and strategic management,this paper analysis of the development current of the highway construction super-vision enterprises of China to build the model of maturity of highway constructionsupervision enterprise, and build evaluation system of maturity of highway con-struction supervision enterprises from considering the maturity of enterprise scale,enterprise capabilities and enterprise resource. Second, this study analyzed the ex-ternal environment of highway construction supervision enterprises, and summa-rized the opportunities and threats brought about by the external environment, andcombined with the specific score of the enterprise maturity evaluation index systemanalysis and summed up the advantages and disadvantages of enterprise, and tomake a SWOT analysis and quantification. Finally, this paper combined the analysisresults of SWOT with maturity model to design the development strategy of high-way construction supervision enterprise of China for different maturity levels ofhighway construction supervision enterprises to choose. This paper conducted anempirical study with the case study of the highway construction supervision com-pany called A, use of the maturity model and maturity evaluation system of high-way construction supervision enterprise to develop a development strategic plan-ning of Company A, which verifies the scientific and practical of this study.
