| China’s construction industry is an important pillar industry of the national economy.Since the reform and opening up,the economic scale of the construction industry has grown rapidly,and its industrial position has been constantly consolidated.Under the current situation,the construction industry is facing transformation and upgrading,and there are still many urgent problems to be solved within the industry.In particular,a large number of small and medium-sized enterprises in the industry are facing more prominent development disadvantages,such as unfavorable competitive position in qualification,capital,talent,technical strength and other aspects,and are facing greater survival pressure.However,due to the proportion of small and medium-sized enterprises in the construction and function is very important,it is of great significance to study the development strategy of small and medium-sized construction enterprises,which can help these enterprises choose the medium and long-term development path of transformation and upgrading to adapt to the needs of development in the new era,so that enterprises can transform from low-end and low-level competition to adapt to the new normal situation,and then move forward to the middle and high-end level with core competitiveness.This paper takes the construction and installation company A as the research object.First of all,based on the theory of strategic management,through the study of the current situation of the construction industry,it analyzes the problems and causes existing in the current development of small and medium-sized enterprises,and gives the future development direction and trend of the construction industry;Secondly,the impact of national industrial policy and industry supervision on the construction industry,as well as the impact of technological progress,labor and production relations,market competition relations on the company are studied through the use of PEST analysis and five forces model analysis.Then the company’s strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats are analyzed by using the SWOT method respectively,suggestions on how to choose the development strategy for the company have been provided,the specialized strategy that the company should adapt in the process of development have been given,and how the company can use its own resources and strength to seize the opportunities of national economic development and the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry to cultivate talents,and then expand the business to achieve development are discussed.Finally,the company’s development vision and strategic goals are put forward,and relevant suggestions are given on how to implement and guarantee the development strategy.The construction and installation company A is a certain representative of small and medium-sized private enterprises.The analysis and research of this paper aims to explore the development strategy of current construction enterprises,especially small and mediumsized construction enterprises,and hope to provide practical reference for the strategic management of such enterprises. |
