| As a pillar industry,construction industry has been the focus of the national attention,as one of the important components of the construction industry,the development of construction waterproof industry is also related to the national economy and people’s livelihood.Because the raw materials used in the building waterproof industry have strong corrosion,it is particularly important to realize the development of environmental protection while ensuring the construction quality.However,due to the relatively low entry threshold of the building waterproof industry,the cost of enterprise establishment is not high,the industry as a whole is facing fierce market competition,how to adapt to the development of The Times,to seek continuous progress is particularly important.In this paper,Jilin Province LY Impermeable Technology Co.,Ltd.is selected as the case study,and the actual operating conditions,internal and external operating environment of the company are deeply analyzed,in order to provide a clear strategy for the development of LY impermeable Technology Co.,Ltd.through the detailed study in this paper,and also provide some experience for other impermeable technology companies in Jilin Province.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:First,in the strategic analysis phase.This paper uses PEST model to study the external macro environment of LY Impervious Technology Co.,Ltd.and Porter’s Five Forces model to study the external industrial environment of LY Impervious Technology Co.,LTD.The results show that LY impermeable Technology Co.,Ltd.has a good external macro environment,with good development opportunities and space,but in terms of industrial environment,in addition to not facing the threat of substitutes,the overall bargaining power is relatively low,the competitor strength is strong.Then,the internal resources and capabilities of LY Impervious Technology Co.,Ltd.are studied.The results show that LY has relatively strong technical resources and construction resources,technical implementation ability and service ability are its advantages in the development process.Combined with SWOT analysis,this paper finds that the advantages of LY anti-seepage Technology Co.,Ltd.are high technical ability,rich business types,perfect service system and sufficient employee experience.The disadvantage lies in its small market share,insufficient talent pool and poor financial condition.Opportunities lie in state-supported industrial development,loose economic policies,improved social support and fewer market substitutes.The threat is stronger competitors,rising construction standards and unmanageable labor costs.Secondly,in the strategic selection stage.Combining with the actual situation of LY impermeable Technology Co.,LTD.,this paper holds that the company is more suitable to choose intensive growth strategy,specifically,it should take the inward development strategy model and differentiation strategy as the business unit.Finally,in the strategy implementation stage,this paper suggests that LY Anti-permeability Technology Co.,Ltd.should take improving the comprehensive strength of the team,implementing the market differentiation strategy,and building multi-level strategic alliance as the specific strategy implementation methods,and take improving the financial management ability,human resource management ability,and enhancing the awareness of strategy implementation as the measures to ensure the strategy implementation.To promote LY impermeable technology Co.,Ltd.to achieve the strategic obj ectives. |
