Research On The Development Countermeasures Of Characteristic Towns In Nanjing

The rise and development of characteristic towns is the product of my country’s social and economic development to a certain stage,a new solution to the development of a new type of urbanization,and a feasible idea to help my country win the battle against poverty,and help to enhance my country’s social and economic development strength.Zhejiang Province was the first to explore characteristic towns in the country,and it has been six years of development.In the past six years,the characteristic towns in Zhejiang Province have taken the lead,and the construction of characteristic towns has been carried out throughout the country.Some boutique characteristic towns have begun to highlight their comprehensive benefits.Since 2016,the National Development and Reform Commission has issued relevant notices and documents every year to promote or regulate the cultivation and construction of characteristic towns,and provide relevant policy support.Under the guidance of national policies,Jiangsu Province has also issued "Guiding Opinions on Cultivating and Creating Jiangsu Featured Towns","Implementation Plan on Cultivating and Creating Jiangsu Featured Towns",and "Regarding Standardization and Promotion of the Construction of Featured Towns and Featured Small Towns" A series of policy documents such as "Implementation Opinions","Jiangsu Provincial Characteristic Town Acceptance and Naming Measures(Trial)",etc.,encourage and guide the development of characteristic towns.Nanjing has a positive atmosphere for creation,full use of a high level of economic development,a number of leading industrial parks,superior location conditions,rich tourism resources,and profound historical and cultural conditions,and 34 municipal features have been approved in three batches.The town creates objects.In the process,due to insufficient self-development capabilities,4 exited the creation.In 2020,the first batch of characteristic towns in Nanjing will usher in the assessment of the three-year establishment period.Based on a full investigation of the status quo of the creation of characteristic towns in Nanjing,this paper objectively analyzes the existing problems;based on the problem orientation,six characteristic towns of different types of industries are selected from the whole country,and the connotation of characteristic towns is extracted and scientifically compiled Planning the layout,protecting the ecology and exploring the characteristic culture at the same time,promoting the integration of the industry and the city,focusing on the development of leading industries,exerting comprehensive benefits,optimizing the operation mode of the town,clarifying the role of the government and other development experience;combined with the situation of Nanjing,the city of Nanjing is proposed.The main path of characteristic towns,and countermeasures and suggestions from the perspectives of organization guidance,planning,functional integration,policy stacking,and assessment management.
