Project Research On Characteristic Town Based On The Sustainable Development

With the acceleration of urbanization in china,the construction of small towns is becoming more prominent.As a new development mode of small towns,characteristic towns have distinctive characteristics,industrial development,green ecology,beautiful and livable features,they are important for the rural areas development.The development of characteristic towns is the promotion of urbanization,the realization of integration,the inheritance of traditional culture,the cultivation of economy.However,in the current construction of characteristic towns,there are some phenomena as homogeneity,blind construction,low sustainable ability and extensive management,which restrict the sustainable development.Therefore,it is significance to study steel spade town based on sustainable development.Through the visit,the location,major project and construction status of steel spade town were clarified.Through literature research,the factors influencing the sustainable development of steel spade town include4 variables based on totally 12 measurements,which are economy(industry clustering,specialization development,input-output),society(supporting facilities,service policy,characteristic culture),resources(population resources,natural resources,financial resources),environment(solid waste utilization,pollution control,beautification and cleansing).After sorting out the data,the OLS regression analysis model was used to measure the factors.Among them,the economic factors had the most significant positive impact,followed by social factors.The environmental factors had the lowest positive impact.Based on the results of analysis,the factors influencing the degree are clarified.Finally,the planning model of steel spade town is established according to the diamond model theory,and the project plan for steel spade town is given according to the analysis results.Through the analysis of the steel spade town,it has certain theoretical and practical significance for the development of similar industrial characteristic towns.Figure19;Table8;Reference 66...
