Research On Post Occupancy Evaluation (POE) Of Characteristic Towns In Lvliang City And Its Development Countermeasures

Since 2016,with the development of the cultivation of characteristic towns,the construction of a large number of characteristic towns with distinctive features and full of vitality has been promoted rapidly.Meanwhile,problems such as unbalanced and use of characteristic industries and ecological environment destruction gradually emerged.In order to better understand the use status of characteristic town after completion and explore the sustainable development path of characteristic town construction.This paper will discuss the construction and use status of characteristic towns in Lvliang City(Xinghua Village,Jiajiazhuang Village,Xinyi Village).To analyze the restrictive factors in its construction and development,and to explore its worthy reference.In view of the characteristic town in Lvliang City,the development countermeasure is put forward,which provides reference for solving the problems in the construction of characteristic town.This paper analyzes the development status of characteristic towns in Lvliang City by using post occupancy evaluation(POE),and through field research,collect data on current use,using the analytic hierarchy process,to set of a systematic of post occupancy evaluation index system for characteristic towns.Use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the characteristic town of Lvliang City quantitatively and qualitatively,to analyze the weight,to construct the evaluation standard,to divide the evaluation level,to put forward the improvement countermeasures and development Suggestions.Through the evaluation of this paper,it is concluded that the completion of the three towns are good,and the overall development stage belongs to the middle and upper level.The conclusion is as follows: The three towns have general characteristics in innovative technology development,traditional ancient construction development and protection,folk custom protection,tourist capacity,infrastructure improvement and mountain protection.They have developed well,but they still need to be further improved.It’s different in other ways,there are Xinghua Village is reflected in the uneven use of land for characteristic industries,the lack of protection of traditional culture,the uncoordinated features of villages and towns,the single mode of new energy utilization,and excessive noise pollution.The utilization of the circulation model in Jiajiazhuang Village remains to be improved.Xinyi Village has some deficiencies in the protection of traditional culture,imperfect landscape resources and tourism infrastructure,and poor river protection.This thesis is based on comprehensive industry,culture,tourism,ecology,etc al,to clarify the development of the status quo of the construction of characteristic towns,exploring the scientific laws of its sustainable development,helpful to solve the problems arising from the construction of the special town in the process of the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization,and further provides reference ideas for the construction and development of the special town in this area.
