Research On The Current Situation And Development Countermeasures Of The Construction Of Harmonious Characteristic Town In Tiantai Mountain

General secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in the nineteen major reports of the party that we should implement the strategy of rural revitalization,establish and improve the system and policy system of urban and rural integration and development,and build the city pattern with the city group as the main body to coordinate the development of large and medium-sized cities and small towns.Promoting industrial transformation and upgrading and changing the mode of economic development are the inevitable choice to accelerate urbanization.In this context,as an important carrier of urbanization and Rural Revitalization Strategy,characteristic towns have been implemented nationwide.As the first province to propose "characteristic towns",Zhejiang Province has carried out the construction of Characteristic Towns in a large scale,and Taizhou city has also responded positively.According to the characteristics of the city,a number of characteristic towns have been planned and cultivated.At present,in general,the construction of Taizhou characteristic towns is basically stable and orderly.For Taizhou,characteristic town is a new model to promote the economy of Taizhou.Although it has achieved phased results,there are still problems in the process of town construction,such as serious homogeneity of tourism products,inadequate implementation of policies,lack of in-depth cultural excavation,and unreasonable industrial structure.If these problems are not solved,the long-term development of characteristic town will not be guaranteed.Based on the relevant policies of characteristic towns issued by the state,Zhejiang Province and Taizhou City,and based on the relevant research status at home and abroad,this paper is based on the evaluation standard for characteristic towns(db33 / T)approved and issued by Zhejiang Provincial Bureau of quality and technical supervision 2089-2017)provincial level local standards,construction of characteristic town construction evaluation index system,using literature survey,questionnaire survey,interview and statistical analysis,etc.,to investigate and analyze the construction status of Tiantai Mountain and Harmonious Town,and draw the conclusion that at present,the infrastructure of Tiantai Mountain and Harmonious town is imperfect,the tourism industry is extensive and low-end,the ecological environment needs to be improved,and the popularity is low Based on the "garden city" theory,industrial upgrading theory and "two mountains" theory,this paper analyzes the causes of the survey results of Tiantai Mountain and Harmonious Town,and puts forward the balanced development countermeasures for the existing problems,in order to improve the quality of town construction,promote the implementation of the Rural Revitalization strategy and the sustainable development of the town.
