Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The New Houses In Rural Areas

Since the reform and opening up,under the influence of vigorously promoted of urbanization,the majority of farmers in rural areas in Luozhen town have undergone tremendous changes in the social consciousness,living ideas,lifestyle and other aspects.Dismantling old house to build a new house to keep up with city become the masses of farmers' pursuit of the supremacy,resulting in they blindly chase the city culture.The traditional houses constantly demolished by farmers while nondescript new houses blossom everywhere in the rural areas of Luozhen.These unordered new houses randomly place in those traditional houses.A large number of different styles of "modern architecture" lead to the spatial form of rural settlement was severely distorted and show a mess.Rural houses,showing a simple,serene life in village,are of great significance to highlight local culture.This article attempts to study the chaos of housing construction in the rural areas of Luozhen town and how to curb it.Put forward the policy measures such as "accelerate the integration of urban and rural construction"," improve the supervision of local government" and "carry forward the excellent traditional culture" through the analysis of local housing construction,combing the current problems in the residential construction of Luozhen town and summarizing the cause of the problem.In the premise of ensuring regionalism and modernity of rural houses,put forward two specific construction measures,continuing and modernizing the traditional style.The author hopes that this paper will not only provide feasibly theoretical and constructive criteria for the development of Luozhen,but also to provide a constructive reference sys tem for residential construction and rural planning in other areas.
