In the era of complexity and variability,the competitive pressure of enterprises and individuals is becoming increasing fierce.Moderate pressure can promote the growth and development of enterprises and individuals,but excessive pressure will affect the health development of enterprises and individuals.As a large manufacturing enterprise,Shanghai M State-owned Enterprise undertakes the mission of innovation,creation and striving for first-class enterprise.As the main force innovation and entrepreneurship,young employees not only bear the mission of enterprise development and growth,but also bear the tremendous pressure it brings.The quality of stress response is not only related to the physical and mental health of young employees,but also has a significant impact on the long-term development of enterprises.This paper takes the young employees of M state-owned enterprises in Shanghai as the research object,and uses the method of questionnaire survey to investigate 215 young employees in state-owned enterprises.Descriptive statistics,correlation analysis,regression analysis and methods are used to analyze the collected data.The survey results show that in terms of pressure perception,the pressure perceived by young employees in M state-owned enterprises is generally at a medium level,of which 12.1%of young employees feel more pressure.50.2% of the young employees were in the upper middle level in the application of positive coping style,and 10.7% of the young employees were in the upper middle level in the choice of negative coping style.In terms of work input,40% of young employees’ work input is in the upper middle level,and 6% of young employees’ production deviation behavior is in the upper middle level.In terms of employee happiness,60% of employees generally feel happy,and 5.6% of young employees generally feel unhappy.At the same time,individual interviews were conducted on the reasons for the above findings and organizational and personal analysis were conducted to analyze the reasons for the poor response of young employees to stress.Finally,using the theory of stress and the theory of iceberg theory and positive organizational behavior,this paper puts forward some measures to enhance the ability of organizational and individual levels.The main conclusion of the study is that the young employees in M state-owned enterprises generally have good social adaptability,and the coping style of young employees will affect their work behavior(work input,production deviation).The sense of work identity of young employees will also affect the degree of work input.Therefore,the company should attach importance to the pressure management of young employees,through the construction of a more fair and reasonable incentive system and a more relaxed organization culture atmosphere,as well as construction of cross-departmental communication mechanism and other ways to reduce the pressure of young employees.Enhance their work engagement behavior.
