At present,China has entered a new era of socialist development,and China's good development environment makes China's major enterprises compete for development.But many enterprises are also facing the pressure of development and fierce and complex market competition.In this competitive environment,the development of enterprises,in fact,the most important thing is to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of employees' production work,to enable employees to give full play to their subjective initiative in their own positions,to create greater efficiency for the long-term development of enterprises.For enterprises,the role of young employees and their contribution to the development of enterprises determine the long-term development of enterprises.Zhuji Diankou Xinxing ship products company(hereinafter referred to as "Xinxing company")is located in Zhuji City,Zhejiang Province,where the private enterprises are developed.The main business of Xinxing company is shipboard manufacturing,which is a manufacturing enterprise.A large number of young employees are active in the production line in the new company,and their production status and ability play have a direct impact on the new company Promote the long-term development of the company.The incentive for young employees of emerging companies has a direct impact on the sustainable development of emerging companies in the market competition.This paper mainly research the incentive mechanism of young employees,combines the current situation at home and abroad,using the method of literature and survey questionnaire,according to the ideological status of young employees in Xinxing companies,using theories such as Maslow's hierarchy of needs,Herzberg's two factor theory,and ADDAMS's Equity theory,on the basis of comprehensive research on the incentive problems and Countermeasures of young employees at home and abroad,makes a detailed survey on the incentive satisfaction of 70 young employees in emerging companies,and summarizes the common parts of the incentive operation of young employees in emerging companies,so as to obtain There are some problems and reasons for the motivation of young employees at the grassroots level in emerging companies.Finally,combined with the actual situation of the emerging companies,and the effective evaluation of the current incentive measures of the emerging companies,it has put forward specific measures to optimize the incentive measures for young employees of the emerging companies,but also includes a series of auxiliary facilities.The main purpose of this paper is to help the emerging companies to carry out effective incentives for young employees,to promote young employees to give their greatest work motivation in their respective positions,and to contribute to the long-term and stable development goals of young employees.Based on the literature review of incentive mechanism at home and abroad and the research on the current incentive situation of young employees in Xinxing companies,it is also found that a good incentive mechanism will play a good role in promoting the subjective initiative of employees in enterprises,and the promotion of young employees is particularly obvious,the research of this paper will also provide reference for more enterprises to research the incentive mechanism of young employees.
