With the continuous development of economy,the management of human resources,especially the incentive mechanism of salary is more likely to be impacted by the immanent particularity of state-owned enterprises.The phenomenon of average distribution,single promotion and seniority is widely spread,which is harmful to the motivation-cultivating for employees,and has a negative impact on attracting and retaining talents.Therefore,in order to intensive the competitive advantages of Z state-owned enterprises in the process of rapid economic development,the optimization and incentive of salary mechanism has become the key point to be solved by state-owned enterprises.Scholars at home and abroad have a very detailed study and discussion on the salary mechanism and incentive mechanism.Based on these researches,this paper will analyze the current salary mechanism of Z state-owned enterprise office.Firstly,this paper demonstrates the organizational structure,employee composition and characteristics of Z state-owned enterprise office,then summarizes the characteristics of its salary mechanism,and analyses the related problems and the causes of these problems existing in its current salary incentive mechanism.According to the actual situation of Z state-owned enterprise office,this paper puts forward a scheme to optimize the compensation incentive mechanism,and provides ideas for the overall optimization of the compensation incentive mechanism.In order to implement this policy smoothly,some principles and specific optimization are carried out from the aspects of post wage,floating wage,employees performance,bonus and welfare distribution.Finally,a reasonable supervision mechanism and performance appraisal mechanism are constructed to ensure the effective implementation of the compensation incentive mechanism optimization scheme for Z state-owned enterprise office.The final conclusion of this study has an extremely important role toplay to solve the current salary incentive mechanism for Z state-owned enterprise office.It not only helps to optimize the implementation of salary incentive mechanism,but also can improve the work initiative of employees and stimulate their work potential.Optimized salary incentive mechanism can enhance the human resources incentive of the office,provide effective strategies to the development of Z state-owned enterprise office,and offer reference for the optimization of compensation incentive mechanism of other state-owned enterprise offices.
