Based On Environmental Improvement Of Rural Living Will Of The Villagers

With the rapid urbanization, great changes have taken place in all aspects of rural social and economic development. We have made certain achievements in rural development, but also produced a series of problems of rural human settlement, such as garbage pollution, serious pollution of groundwater, the rural village of vacant housing increased, rural infrastructure can’t meet the needs of the villagers. How to solve the series of rural human settlements problems and realize the harmony of rural people and nature, people and people, is the first problems of rural. How to realize the industry nurturing agriculture, city nurturing countryside, how to improve human settlement, make rural human settlements improvement work fit the needs of the villagers in Jiangsu-one one of the most rapid development area of our Country, is a series of questions need us to think deeply. This article choose the villagers will as the breakthrough point to do the research about rural human settlements satisfaction and try to find the strategy to improve the satisfaction evaluation of rural human settlement.The research mainly include3part. First, analyze rural human settlement cognition and use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the rural human settlement satisfaction. Next, construct rural human settlements environment satisfaction index model to find the factors affecting the satisfaction of rural human settlements and the results of the satisfaction, do the research about the rural residential environment satisfaction evaluation, construct binary Logisticic regression model to find the main factors which influence the willingness of improving the rural resettlement and the focus of rural human settlement.Last, propose the rural human settlements improvement strategy.The main conclusion of the study:(1) Aspects that need to improve as soon as possible of the rural human settlements environmental are convenience of going to school and seeing doctors, rural roads, drainage pipe network, social security and other aspects;(2) These factors are given higher satisfaction index, such as:neighborhood, building area, greening, air quality, convenience degree of shopping and traffic.(3) Distance between urban and village has influence on the villagers satisfaction greatly, and negative (4) the villagers tend to propagate their village positively, if the villagers are not satisfied with the rural human settlement, they prefer to complaint to their relatives and friends instead of complain to the superior department small coefficient of complaints.(5) The villagers are more willing to improve the housing and living environment instead of the total environment of village.(6)The main factors that effecting the improvement of rural living environment are, age, sex of the villagers housing construction time, a total area of house. We find that male villagers are incline to improve more strongly, housing construction time associate with the villager’s improve will of rural human settlement negatively.
