In recent years, under a series of policy guidance and support, the construction of large ocean passenger ships has finally realized zero breakthrough in China, and the production and construction process is the main segmentation construction model in modern shipbuilding mode.As the basis of the whole process of manufacturing the production logistics through the ship, the large-scale ocean passenger ship is multispecialized material due to the requirements of the equipment, and therefore,it has put forward higher requirements compared to the ordinary ship. Not only is it necessary to consider the implementation status of each production line production process in the segmentation workshop, ensuring that the first time responds to material order requirements, and should also consider the difference in demand for different varieties for the distribution link, and formulate "multi-batch,small batch".Differential distribution strategy, under the premise of ensuring the production line, the material distribution path is effective to reduce production logistics waste, reduce the logistics cost of workshop, and maximize the production efficiency of the workshop.Based on the "just-in-time" requirement of lean production theory, this paper firstly classifies the current situation of production logistics in sectional workshops of large ocean-going passenger ships. Then use the ABC classification method to divide the materials in the staging workshop into three types: supplier distribution materials, basic materials and general parts, and combine the production requirements of three different varieties of materials to formulate two-level optimization plans: based on production planning constraints, considering and The demand for the workstations of the materials directly delivered by the suppliers that are closely related to the order demand, fully consider the coordination between the processing links in the group layout mode, build a dual objective function with the smallest material distribution cost and the largest non-logistics relationship, and The traditional particle swarm algorithm is improved by introducing adaptive inertia weight and the maximum limit flight speed, and the solution quality is improved. Finally, the feasibility of the optimization scheme is verified by an example. Then, based on the optimization of the station layout,a differentiated distribution strategy is formulated for the basic materials and generalpurpose materials that are stored and distributed in the workshop, with "just-in-time" as the optimization criterion, the introduction of time penalty costs, and the establishment of a total distribution system based on The optimization goal is to minimize the cost. The closed vehicle path planning model of multi-vehicle and multivehicle considering the mixed time window of material categories is combined with the group idea of particle swarm algorithm to improve the traditional genetic algorithm to avoid obtaining premature solutions. Finally, the scheme is verified by an example.Whether it can effectively solve the waste problem in the material distribution link. The results show that the improved particle group algorithm and improve the genetic algorithm are improved while ensuring the efficiency of the algorithm, improve the quality of the global optimal solution. The optimized layout scheme based on group layout mode and material distribution path optimization scheme considers material classification can achieve as low material distribution costs, effective on the basis of ensuring higher labor satisfaction and continuity of production and processing process.Eliminates the waste of material distribution links in segmented workshops, and then maximize logistics benefits in segmented workshops.
