With the rapid development of the economy and the improvement of people’s demand for high-quality living standards,people’s demand for automobile consumption has become more and more vigorous,and the scale and sales of China’s automobile manufacturing have ranked among the forefront of the world.The automobile manufacturing industry can not only provide a large number of jobs,but also continuously transform scientific and technological innovation into research and development results,which has played an important role in economic development and scientific and technological progress.In order to achieve the best economic efficiency and product quality,every component of the automotive industry has embarked on a global sourcing strategy,looking for partners from different corners of the world who can improve service levels.However,as supply chains continue to become more complex and the frequency of various outbreaks increases,supply chain operations across the industry are on thin ice.With the new changes in the needs of modern transportation,the role of the supply chain has become increasingly prominent,and the supply chain has become the most influential form of organization in the market today.Through effective supply chain management,enterprises can not only enhance their market advantages,but also effectively reduce business risks,so as to obtain greater economic benefits.This paper focuses on how to effectively analyze and manage supply chain risks arising from the production process of the automotive manufacturing industry.This paper will first discuss the root causes of risks in the supply chain of the automobile manufacturing industry,including the connotation and characteristics of supply chain risks,the outbreak and transmission methods and impacts of risks.Based on these studies,in order to gain a deeper understanding of how the automotive supply chain can effectively manage supply chain risk communication and improve the efficiency of production operations,this paper creates a weighted network for the automotive manufacturing industry by adopting complex network theory.At the same time,this paper innovatively constructs the SEIR model for problem research,considers the effective exposure coefficient of risk latency,and designs a quantitative calculation method for the risk contagion and risk recovery process between node enterprises,so as to more intuitively explore the two key factors affecting risk propagation.According to the research results,it is found that by enhancing the anti-risk ability of enterprises and improving the recovery rate of anti-risk,the arrival of the risk outbreak time node can be delayed,and the impact of risk can be mitigated.By effectively suppressing the increase in infection rate and maintaining the normal operating status of enterprises in the supply chain network,it can promote them to better adapt to market changes.After systematic risk management and evaluation,we found that the use of targeted immunization measures resulted in better protection.In addition,by closely linking theory and practical application,this paper also provides feedback on the reliability and effectiveness of the model based on the actual cases of parts supplier supply interruptions under the power rationing policy.Finally,the research content and results of this paper are summarized and reviewed,and the directions and methods that can be further studied in the future are prospected.
