In recent years,the development of digital and information technology at home and abroad is becoming more and more mature,and the application scope is more and more wide.For enterprises,especially for their production,core data can be connected through digitalization in the whole scene and process of enterprise production,which can help enterprises reshape business activities in research and development,production,manufacturing,operation and other aspects,and help enterprises create a new pattern of safer,more efficient and more energy-efficient data-driven operation management.Based on the scientific theory of modern project management,this study analyzes the development and actual situation of Liaocheng XA Gas Co.,LTD.,starting from the actual situation of the enterprise,carries out the case study of Liaocheng XA gas production system digital construction project,and summarizes the planning suggestions for the construction of digital production system suitable for the enterprise.Specifically,through in-depth contact with relevant parties of Liaocheng Gas and other projects and in-depth research on various project sites,this paper discusses in detail the project planning process of an enterprise embracing digitalization and transforming to digitalization direction,and conducts comprehensive and specific research on project planning and schedule control in multiple dimensions.Including project scope planning,target planning,procurement planning,schedule planning,etc.Importantly,this study is not done overnight,but cyclic and progressive.With the actual progress of the project execution,we should make use of the existing project situation at any time,collect real-time progress data,summarize implementation experience,analyze and study the impact of the implementation content,and carry out deep and rolling re-planning of the subsequent content,and repeat this rolling process until the project is completed.Through scientific research and analysis,the theory of scientific project management has been applied in practice,which makes the implementation of the project more smoothly and successfully achieve the established project objectives.In this process,enterprises find a more suitable digital production mode,which can help enterprises reduce costs and increase efficiency,and help enterprises realize digital transformation more smoothly.At the same time,I hope to provide some positive guidance and experience for other enterprises or projects.
