| With port scale and throughput increasing in our country,to the port of ships is rising,the number of channel level is low and the problem of insufficient capacity gradually revealed,some ports appear even ship Ya Gang,affect the ability of the port,give full play to the channel condition as an important indicator,port development level in improving port competitiveness of shipping plays a very important role.The expansion project of Qinzhou Port D Channel is characterized by large investment,long total construction period,complex construction conditions and sensitivity to environmental factors,which leads to many difficulties in the process of promoting the project,and also faces greater management difficulties.In this paper,progress management optimization of Qinzhou Port D Channel Extension Project is studied by comprehensive application of relevant project management theories and schedule management methods such as Gantt Chart schedule planning,S-shaped curve comparison method,WBS structure decomposition method,critical path method and inverted construction period method.First of all,by referring to domestic and foreign literatures on the management of waterway construction projects,the problems existing in the process of promoting the current domestic and foreign waterway projects and relevant solutions are understood.Then qinzhou port D channel expansion project as a case study,summarizes the status of current project schedule management,and through the analysis of the situation of the project schedule management lags behind,the use of the gantt chart and S type curve method to test the project schedule node,points out that the project problems and the reasons of the lagging of progress,and to diagnose the root cause of the project schedule management,and optimize the project WBS,some corresponding perfect schedule control method,inversion period method is used to make the project schedule plan.Finally,this paper proposes measures such as scientific planning,improvement of control means and implementation of dynamic supervision to ensure the timely progress of the project,so as to accelerate the overall progress of the D Channel expansion project.The research ideas and management methods in this paper can provide decision support for the second phase implementation of Qinzhou Port D Channel Extension Project,ensure that the project will be completed and put into use in the "14th Five-Year" period as planned,and also provide reference for this type of channel project. |
