The building project of the HD Comprehensive Ward Building is a project funded jointly by the government and the hospital and incorporated into the budget of the city government of Hefei in 2015.Under the background of the construction project,this paper applies the related theories and methods of project management to the project schedule management.First of all,based on related theories at home and abroad on schedule management,summarizes the situation of Hefei City Comprehensive Ward Buildings and projects,combined with the characteristics of the project,from the project schedule,project progress control,project schedule safeguard measures of HD hospital ward building construction project schedule management and,using the project schedule and project Gantt chart S curve comparison method,the HD ward building construction project schedule analysis and optimization,finally put forward some measures to guarantee the progress of Comprehensive Ward Building Construction Project of HD hospital,so as to improve and ensure the realization of the ultimate goal of the project schedule.Through the actual application effect of the comprehensive building HD ward construction project schedule and control shows that through the integrated use of the theory of project schedule management scientific and reasonable response to the project schedule planning,process monitoring,schedule protection,can effectively guarantee the final project schedule effectively advance,and achieved better effect.Therefore,this paper will provide a good theoretical reference for the similar project schedule research of Hefei HD Hospital Comprehensive Ward building.
