| China’s rural areas,especially in mountainous areas,are often constrained by topography,arable land,regional transportation and infrastructure,and economic development is slow.In addition,the planned economic system has long cut the economy of rural areas,forming a dichotomous socio-economic structure of urbanrural inequality and imbalance in national economic development.Under the new situation,all regions have introduced planning programs suitable for the development of rural areas in their own regions according to the guidance of the Central Document No.1 and accelerated the implementation,gradually carrying out rural construction and rural industrial development,and effectively improving the rural economy.In the process of accelerated urbanization,the development of rural industries has become an important motive for spatial changes in the countryside.However,the unreasonable industrial layout and the lagging rural infrastructure have led to the deepening contradiction between industrial development and rural space.In this context,this paper takes Beijing Pinggu Dahuashan town as the research object,and studies its industrial development and rural spatial characteristics.On this basis,it takes its service industry development as the research perspective,uses POI data,remote sensing image data and road network vector data as the support,uses Arc GIS spatial analysis and spatial syntax related theory to quantify the spatial distribution characteristics and traffic potential of local service industry.The spatial distribution characteristics and traffic potential of the local service industry are quantified and analyzed to find out the unreasonable points.Based on the development of service industry in each village in Dahuashan township,a typical village is selected for case study to find common problems in the development of the same type of village,and then propose optimization suggestions and strategies.Firstly,this paper selects big data analysis and spatial syntax analysis as quantitative methods by compiling relevant research theories and methods at home and abroad.Secondly,through field research and data collection in Dahuashan town,we understand the development profile of its industry and rural space.And according to the current development direction of rural industry,we positioned the development of service industry as the research perspective of this paper clearly.Again,Arc GIS spatial analysis is used to study the spatial distribution characteristics of service industry outlets,the spatial syntax model is used to analyze the road network characteristics,and the link between the density of service industry outlets and road network in Dahuashan Town is analyzed by SPSS software data to find out the problems.Then,combining with the previous research,the sample villages of Guajiayu,Qianbei Gong and Houbei Gong villages and Dahuashan village among the three development types of villages of service industry in Dahuashan town(mountain tourism type,plain tourism type and plain trade and living service type)are selected for the sample village analysis,and the situation of different development types of villages in terms of village morphology,landscape,functional renewal,public space and road relationship under the influence of service industry is explored,and propose the realistic contradictions in the development of rural space and service industry.Finally,according to the characteristic rules of service industry distribution and rural space in the previous article,the principles of rural space construction under service industry development are proposed in view of the problems and contradictions in reality,and the optimization strategies of rural space are proposed in terms of overall layout,morphological optimization and functional renewal respectively,aiming to provide suggestions and references for the current and future rural development. |
