Study On County Industry Spatial Planning Strategy Under The Concept Of Town-Industry Integration

With the introduction of the rural vitalization strategy and the regional coordinated development strategy,the linkage between towns and villages is closer,and the integration of industry and town has become a new trend.Under the current rural vitalization background,the development of China's domestic towns has the problems of single industrial development mode,unreasonable spatial layout,insufficient regional linkage development,and difficulty in introducing talent funds.This paper studys on county industry spatial planning strategy under the concept of town-industry integration.Firstly,it interprets the connotation and characteristics of town-industry integration,namely industrial integration,interaction between town-industry,urban-rural linkage,etc.and analyzes the conditions and prospects for town-industry integration.The introduction of the concept of town-industry integration will promote the optimization of township industrial structure,and the development of urban-town-village industry linkag.Through industrial basic analysis,industrial advantage analysis and industrial development orientation analysis,and considering constraints,industrial selection,industry positioning and goals.Finally,the upstream and downstream extension of the industrial chain and industrial integration will be carried out for the selected industries to build a multi-level industrial system.Secondly,the interaction between industry and town space is analyzed,and the process of town-industry interaction is explained,namely incubation stage,cultivation stage and integration stage.This paper proposes a county-level industrial space planning strategy based on the concept of town-industry integration,and proposes the goal of constructing an industrial space network for urban-town-village linkage development.The layout explores the industrial development model from the macro,meso and micro scales.According to the industrial positioning and characteristics of each township,the township industry guidelines are carried out from the aspects of industrial characteristics positioning,main functions,and industry pilot projects.Construct a highly interactive network of town-industry functions such as leisure,tourism,recreation,education,scientific research,holiday pension,and business.Finally,using the theory of industrial spatial planning strategy based on the concept of town-industry integration,the actual case of industrial space planning in Fuliang County,Jiangxi Province,was selected for interpretation.Based on the comprehensive analysis of Fuliang County's industrial development conditions,the industry selection is made,and the positioning and goals of Fuliang County's industrial development are proposed.Through the extension and integration of the industrial chain,the three industrial systems of"Porcelain-Tea,Health,Tourism" will be constructed and implemented on a spatial level.Further propose the industrial development model,including the characteristic complex,the industrial park cluster,the porcelain-tea shop and the shared farm.And relying on the industrial characteristics and positioning of each township to guide the industry,to provide reference for the county industrial space planning at home and abroad.
