Study On The Spatial Development Strategy Of Small Towns In The Suburb Of Wuhan Under The Relationship Of Urban And Rural Integration

The relationship between urban and rural areas is the general connection and interaction between urban and rural areas,which reflects the interaction,mutual influence and mutual restriction between urban and rural areas based on the connotation of political and economic factors.Urban rural integration development is a big strategy to shape a new type of urban-rural relationship.Urban rural integration is also the basic connotation of the new type of urban-rural relationship.It brings new opportunities to the development of small towns,but also puts forward new challenges.From the perspective of the development trend of urban-rural relationship,since the reform and opening up,the urban-rural relationship in Wuhan has gone through several stages of change.During this period,the development of the central urban area and the development of small towns show different characteristics,which also reflects the relevance(or mutual causality)characteristics of the change in the connotation of urban-rural relationship and the development of small towns.In the current stage of urban-rural integration and development,the concept of integration and health of urbanrural development,interactive development and common development is more prominent.Therefore,it is necessary to clarify the key issues of "urban-rural relationship" in the suburb area of the metropolis at present--the connotation and compactness measurement concept of "urban-rural relationship",and clarify the mechanism and future impact between it and the development of small towns,so as to guide small towns In the era of urban-rural integration,healthy development is of great significance.Based on this background,this paper takes small towns in the suburbs of Wuhan as an example to study the relationship between urban and rural areas and the development of small towns in the suburbs,and to measure the close relationship between urban and rural areas.Based on this clue,this paper further analyzes the type development problems,opportunities and challenges of small towns in the suburbs in terms of society,economy and space,so as to provide a new investigation for the spatial development of small towns Dimensions,cognitive perspectives and research ideas.The thesis consists of the following parts:The first part analyzes the connotation of urban-rural relationship.Through relevant research,the structure,influencing factors and evaluation methods of urbanrural relationship are analyzed.It is pointed out that in the stage of urban-rural integration,the relationship between urban and rural areas deconstructs the original linear hierarchical relationship of "City township(Town Village)",the multidimensional connection and multi-dimensional interaction of the central urban area,town and village,and forms the rich relationship connotation under the three basic contact forms of "town connection","Town Village connection" and "city village connection".Based on this understanding,this paper defines the research ideas of the impact of urban-rural relationship on the development of small towns from the different connotation levels of overall positioning,spatial construction and economic development.The second part analyzes the mechanism of the relationship between urban and rural areas on the development of small towns in the suburbs.By combing the evolution process of urban-rural relationship in the past 40 years in Wuhan from 1978 to 2017,according to the development characteristics of small towns in the suburbs of Wuhan at different stages,this paper analyzes and summarizes the differences in the impact of different urban-rural relationship on the development of small towns,thus analyzes the mechanism of urban-rural relationship on the development of small towns,and based on this,it points out that the suburb is the key to the development of urban-rural integration.The third part analyzes the characteristics and problems of the development of small towns in the suburbs.Based on the analysis of the differences in the connotation and measurement of the urban-rural relationship between the specific small towns in the context of urban-rural integration,this paper classifies the small towns in the suburb of Wuhan,and analyzes the common problems and opportunities faced by various types of small towns in the development based on the development characteristics of industry and space under the influence of the urban-rural relationship differentiation.The fourth part puts forward the development strategy of small towns in suburban areas in the stage of urban-rural integration.Based on the mechanism of urban-rural relationship on the development of small towns and the type of development of small towns in the suburbs,this paper puts forward targeted guidance strategies for the spatial development of small towns in the suburbs from three dimensions of overall goal,industrial development and spatial construction.
