Study On Spatial Distribution Of Commercial Service Facilities In Hun Nan Road Area Based On Spatial Network Analysis

Based on the POI points of the commercial service facilities in the Hunnan Road Area,also learned from the space network analysis method,this paper constructs the POI point model of the commercial service facilities in the Hunnan Road Area and the space network analysis model,studies the distribution pattern of the commercial service facilities in the Hunnan road area,and analyzed from the historical pattern,relevant policies,population distribution,traffic accessibility,spatial structure and other aspects.It optimizes the existing problems from the theory of space network.The core content of the paper is divided into three parts:First of all,the commercial service facilities are classified and screened,and they are divided into three types:big,medium and small.According to the types to organize the POI data,the POI point model of commercial service facilities is established,and counted its distribution in Hunnan Road Area.Using the nuclear density analysis,the results obtained are drawn into the core density analysis diagram of the overall and various types of commercial service facilities.The distribution characteristics and spatial pattern and other aspects of commercial service facilities in the research area are analyzed systematically.Secondly,according to the image map of Hunnan Road Area,the spatial network model is constructed.Based on the spatial syntax theory,the spatial structure of the research area is analyzed from three aspects:through degree,integration degree and spatial construction efficiency.The POI point model of commercial service facilities and space network model coupled by establishing a six-sided honeycomb grid are to verify the correlation between three spatial indexes of through degree,integration degree and spatial construction efficiency and the distribution of commercial service facilities.Finally,according to the results of the correlation study,the spatial construction efficiency is used to analyze each type of commercial service facility,and study how to choose the spatial location of each type of facility in urban space.This paper summarizes the deficiencies of the development of commercial service facilities in the Hunnan Road Area,analyzes the reasons for its formation,and further proposes the optimization strategy in accordance with the theory of space network.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The business service facilities of Hunnan Road Area show that there are some problems,such as insufficient quantity,uneven distribution,existence of faults and obvious differences between regions.According to the analysis of nuclear density,it was concluded that the commercial service facilities formed four core agglomeration areas in the study area,such as the Olympic center area,the Changbai area,the Shenyang University of Science and Technology and the Changqing Bay area.(2)In the business facilities of various types of business facilities in Hunnan Road Area,the service facilities of catering and residential life are relatively balanced and have a high degree of correlation with other types of service facilities.However,both retail shopping and leisure and recreation show centralized distribution,The core area and the surrounding area associated with the low degree of characteristics of the hotel hotel facilities in the study area is the development of poor business services,a small number of types of single,very uneven distribution.(3)According to the spatial network analysis,it is an important influence factor to influence the spatial distribution and layout of commercial service facilities.The spatial efficiency of the local space is high,and the spatial elements with high values are loose and the regularity is lacking.The global space is efficient,and the high efficiency is basically the basic skeleton of the city,forming the "cross" model,There is a radioactive channel,basically in line with Hunnan New Area overall planning framework.(4)Commercial service facilities In the choice of space location,retail shopping,dining facilities are more inclined to choose a higher overall efficiency of the location,and residential facilities have a high local efficiency,more biased towards the local space efficient location.According to the more detailed classification,with strong spending power and higher service level facilities are more likely to occupy the study area of the overall and local location of a good place,and spending power is not high,not profitable business services near the local Location is better.
