| With the vigorous development of the Rural Revitalization Strategy and the new urbanization,there has been a qualitative change in the relationship between the urban and rural areas.In the past urbanization process,rural areas which played the role that resources is output into the urban areas now comes reverse to urbanization period.Resources partially returned to the rural areas,amount all forms of urbanization,tourism and leisure industry is the most important one.However,in the process of capital shaping the countryside with rural tourism and leisure industry,it also has a certain impact on the countryside.The reason lies in the process that profit-oriented capital returning to the countryside,which reconstructs the rural social network and changes the internal logic of rural space construction.This article combs sociology,anthropology,tourism and other related theories,constructs the "social-space" relationship principle.Eexpounds the various factors and internal mechanism of the spatial evolution of leisure experiential villages,and completes the system construction from the perspective of "leisure society" from the perspective of "society space" relationship.Based on this analysis framework,the evolution mechanism of leisure experiential rural space under the intervention of capital is analyzed from two aspects of external force and internal force assimilation.The development trend of rural social space commercialization under this situation is summarized.Then,the characterization,internal causes and long-term risks of rural space commercialization are discussed.Through the process of rural transformation of leisure experience type,the reasons for the failure of current rural construction strategies and methods are summarized.Then,from the four aspects of subject-object relationship;cultural integration;space renewal and image creation,this paper puts forward the goal of leisure experiential rural construction,emphasizing the understanding of rural space under the intervention of leisure experiential industry from the perspective of the overall change of society and space.Put forward the basic principles of leisure experience rural construction,guide leisure experiential rural construction activities from five aspects of systematicness;ecology;dynamics;foresight and locality,grasp the balance between the interests of villagers and capital in industrial development.The article further elaborates that the essence of Building Leisure experience-oriented countryside is to influence the spatial production mode under the domination of the existing rural society and industry by means of different levels of construction,and to realize the path transition of spatial production.Therefore,the most important thing is to change the roles of participants in leisure experiential rural construction,including administrative departments,industrial capital,rural communities,tourist groups and professionals.Next,the construction process which include "evaluation-study-generation-regulation" will complete the existing construction implementation and other construction links.Finally,according to the different driving factors of social and spatial evolution of village groups,village units,public space,rural residences and courtyards,the corresponding construction strategies are proposed in order to achieve the sustainable development of leisure experiential rural areas.At the end of the paper,the theoretical research is tested and corroborated through the case of "village construction in the town of Moganshan".It also discusses the specific obstacles and possible causes of the practical activities carried out under the guidance of the theory,and puts forward the solutions to the specific problems,summarizes the practical effect of the project and the follow-up control means. |
