Research On Resilience Evaluation Of China's Equipment Manufacturing Industr

Currently,China’s economy is in a critical period from high-speed development to high-quality development,with the internal environment changes,as well as global public health events,trade protectionism,Sino-US trade friction,Russia-Ukraine conflict triggered by the world pattern of turmoil and other major external risk impact under the dual impact,superimposed on the pressure of high-end reflux and low-end diversion,in-depth study of how to more scientifically strengthen industrial safety,enhance industrial competitiveness,enhance industrial resilience,and promote the high-quality development of the equipment manufacturing industry,is of far-reaching significance.The study takes equipment manufacturing industry as the research object,on the basis of industrial resilience theory,industrial security theory and industrial competitiveness theory,comprehensive use of relevant data of equipment manufacturing industry from 2005 to 2021,measuring the competitiveness of China’s equipment manufacturing industry with the help of revealed comparative advantage index,and constructing DEA model to analyze the vulnerability of China’s equipment manufacturing industry from input-output perspective.By constructing an industrial toughness evaluation index system to measure the toughness of China’s equipment manufacturing industry.The study firstly sorts out the development history and current situation of China’s equipment manufacturing industry and analyzes its development environment by using PEST,secondly evaluates the toughness of China’s equipment manufacturing industry from three levels of industrial competitiveness,industrial vulnerability and industrial security,then analyzes its influencing factors,selects evaluation indicators and constructs an evaluation index system,measures industrial resilience by using entropy-weighted TOPSIS method,and analyzes the coupling coordinations of fracture resilience,impact resilience and evolutionary resilience,finally analyzes the stability by using β convergence model.The main conclusions of the study are:(1)China’s equipment manufacturing industry as a whole is competitive,but there are large differences in subdivision industries.(2)China’s equipment manufacturing industry as a whole is in a safe state,and the trend of increasing returns to scale is obvious,but the capital and export foreign dependence need to be improved.(3)The resilience of China’s equipment manufacturing industry shows a fluctuating upward trend,and shows a regular enhancement,but the fluctuations in the subdivision industries are too large,and the stability needs to be improved.According to the conclusions of the study,the study summarizes the paths to resilience enhancement of China’s equipment manufacturing industry,and then put forward the corresponding recommendations: Continuously promote the innovation-driven development strategy and master the industry’s independent and autonomous controllability.Promote high-quality industrial development and reduce foreign-trade dependence.Continue to expand the opening to the outside world and accelerate the construction of a dual circulation development pattern.
