The value chain has become one of the most critical chains in the global economic cycle,which takes up the core of the value chain and controls the wealth flow of the whole value chain.The global competition in the future will be the competition in the value chain,so China should raise the global value chain strategy to the national level of strategic decision,in order to promote the great transformation of China from the great economic power to the economic power.At present,the world equipment manufacturing industry is carrying on a large and profound strategic adjustment and value reconstruction.China's equipment manufacturing industry is one of the largest participants in the global value chain system.With the promotion of the two yuan driven model,the industrial structure of the equipment manufacturing industry in China is promoted and the future technological innovation is continued.Moving from brand promotion to high value-added areas at the two ends of the value chain is the only way for China to shift from "manufacturing power" to "manufacturing power".Firstly,using IMS index,RCA index,TC index,Michaely index,comparative analysis of competitive advantage and Chinese power equipment manufacturing industry between the competition;separately from the national level and industry level in selected countries of the equipment manufacturing industry export sophistication measure,through the calculation results explore the present situation and trend of the equipment manufacturing industry,value chain the study found: status increased the competitiveness of the manufacturing industry Chinese equipment,especially metal products industry has a strong competitive advantage,but Chinese equipment manufacturing industry overall competitiveness is weak,is compared with the developed countries there are still large gaps.Study of value chain position measurement equipment manufacturing industry: industry value chain position continues to rise Chinese and larger increase in equipment manufacturing,general equipment manufacturing industry and communication equipment,computers and other electronic equipment manufacturing value chain in a higher position,the rest of the industry are in the low-end field.Then the equipment manufacturing industry Chinese buyers driven and producer driven service transformation and upgrading and technology innovation and transformation and upgrading of the empirical analysis,first of Chinese independent innovation ability of equipment manufacturing industry is studied,using DEA-Malmquist method of technological innovation efficiency of each industry measure in stages of equipment manufacturing industry,using panel data to construct the Tobit model analysis showed that the influence factors on the efficiency of technological innovation of equipment manufacturing industry China are: the equipment manufacturing industry in metal manufacturing and manufacturing equipment,office and other industry technology innovation efficiency is very low,not to promote the equipment manufacturing industry technological innovation development;different degree of input redundancy and output deficiency phenomenon exists outside the industry;in addition to the influence factors of foreign trade dependence on technological innovation to improve the efficiency of inhibition effect,the rest All the variables have positive effect.Second transformation to analyze China equipment manufacturing services,mainly from the relationship between equipment manufacturing industry and producer service industry,using the method of input-output relationship of Chinese equipment manufacturing industry and producer service industry analysis,production services to the equipment manufacturing industry's dependence is more obvious.Through building VAR model,it is found that there is no equilibrium relationship between Chinese equipment manufacturing industry and producer services in the short run,and may still be in a state of imbalance in the long run,but the equipment manufacturing industry has a great impact on promoting the development of producer services.Based on this,the rationalization policy and suggestion will be of reference for China's equipment manufacturing industry to occupy a favorable position in the global value chain.
