The Import Effect Analysis On The Industrial Policy Of The Equipment Manufacturing Industry

Since the beginning of the new century,countries around the world have begun to re-emphasize the important role of manufacturing and put forward their own national industrial strategies.At the same time,China is implementing an active import strategy.By introducing advanced equipment and technology through import trade,China is promoting domestic equipment manufacturing industry to upgrade and further develop.This article analyzes the impact of equipment manufacturing industrial policies on import trade through charts and empirical analysis methods,and discusses that industrial policies promotes import trade and enhances the competitiveness of enterprises by reducing the cost of key parts and components,thereby promotes enterprise R&D and industrial upgrading,and finally promote import trade again.The author collected the industrial policies of the equipment manufacturing industry from2014 to 2018 through the National Development and Reform Commission and other policy websites,extracted and summarized 1,246 product-related information in the "Catalogue of Major Technical Equipment and Products Supported by the State for Development",and collect relevant import trade data by the UN Comtrade Database and WTO Database.Finally the author used multiple regression model to analyze that the industrial policy has a significant positive effect on equipment manufacturing import trade,and different industries have various effects on the impact.
