Research On The Design Of Intelligent Clothes Drying Machine For Single Apartment Renters

With the rapid development of the Internet of Things,the country’s encouragement of rental policies,and the concept of green and environmentally friendly living such as "carbon peaks",traditional smart laundry products have been unable to match the daily laundry and clothing care of single apartment renters.There is a more urgent practical need for the design and development of intelligent laundry products in the context of home drying and clothing management and care for single apartment people.This study firstly summarizes the research background of policies related to the design of smart clothes dryers,the clothes drying market,and the waste caused by the low utilization rate of clothing.In addition,the target user group was clarified,and the RFID technology theory and ergonomics theory were further elaborated to provide design technical theoretical support for the project,and to carry out design research work.Then,analyze the advantages and disadvantages of related competing products to provide reference for this design research.Under the guidance of relevant theories,through user observation,user interviews and questionnaires,a comprehensive and in-depth study of the single apartment rental population was conducted.The user journey map finds and summarizes the user’s pain points,sorts out the design requirements and opportunity points of the smart clothes dryer,and clarifies the product scheme composed of the smart clothes dryer clothes drying care and clothes management system APP in this research.Thirdly,the technical support of the product system was clarified,the necessity and feasibility of the design of intelligent clothes drying machines combined with RFID technology were analyzed,and the full cycle of intelligent clothes drying management was defined.The overall system elements of the intelligent clothes drying machine are analyzed,and the product function points and functional architecture are determined.At the same time,it analyzes the hardware system including the product hardware system composition,main structure,modeling elements and CMF elements.The APP part of the product software analyzes the corresponding functional design and information management cloud platform,both of which lay the architectural foundation for the overall product design practice.Finally,according to the research conclusions and system element analysis,the overall scheme design practice is carried out,the product positioning is clarified,the functional modules are integrated,and the clothing management APP design and intelligent clothes drying machine design are completed.And completed the testing and evaluation of the product.The experimental results show that the intelligent clothes drying machine can realize the identification and interaction of the specific information of the RFID tag clothes through the RFID device,and synchronize with the real-time information of the APP.Smart clothes dryers are applications in the entire life cycle of clothes from purchasing,drying,care and management.It can meet the basic needs of users for drying clothes.The second is to use RFID to intelligently identify clothing materials and intelligent care to prolong the life of the clothes.The third is to identify clothes with RFID to help users manage their clothes.The overall product can effectively improve the user’s clothing management efficiency and clothing utilization,and has the value of feasibility and environmental protection...
