Design And Research Of A New Hospital Operation Room To Take Clothing Machine

The operating room is an important place for surgical treatment and rescue in the hospital.Every day,a large number of operations are performed.The usage of surgical clothes is large.How to regulate and efficiently operate the surgical clothes has become the focus of hospital management.At present,the operating room of the hospital operating room is mainly manually operated,which has the disadvantages of slow take-off speed,low efficiency and tedious stacking process.A small number of hospitals use the surgical clothes taking-off equipment with single function and low degree of automation.In this paper,a new operation room operation room clothing machine is designed,which can replace the manual distribution and recovery of surgical clothing,and change the existing artificial distribution and recovery of surgical clothing management mode in the operation room of the hospital.The main contents of this paper include the following parts:First of all,the existing hospital operation room surgical clothing clothing mode were discussed,analysis of their respective advantages and disadvantages,put forward the new hospital operation room clothing machine design concept.Secondly,the whole mechanism design of the clothes picking machine is carried out,that is,the natural gravity of the surgical clothing itself is used as the driving force,and the combination of the slope track and the mechanism of the stop bar is adopted.Through the analysis of the force of the clothing rod,a reasonable structure of the surgical clothing rod and a convenient installation,compact structure of the blocking mechanism.A reasonable clothing fetching device is designed to ensure that the medical personnel can conveniently remove the surgical clothes while the clothes rod can be blocked and not be taken out together.The reasonable tray structure is designed,and the appropriate cushioning material is selected to realize the smooth falling of the surgical clothes along the vertical track.Finally,using Solidworks software to take the shape of the key components in the clothes-taking-out device and carry on the finite element analysis to validate the rationality of the designed structure.Through the experiment of dispensing and recovering the surgical gown to the designed new hospital operating room,Validated the good performance of the new hospital operating room take-up machine.
