| The development of modern society has become more and more rapid,the pace of life is becoming more and more fast,the traditional way of life is changed,and the cleaning mode of the dirty clothes has become hoarding to a certain quantity,and then the washing machine is concentrated and cleaned.However,for women,the cleaning of the clothes has a higher requirement,and the cleaning problem of the inner clothes has been plagued by the large number of women,and if the inner and outer clothes are hoarding once,the internal clothes are exposed to the potential threat to the female,and the physical health of the female can be directly affected,The prior washing machine on the market can not meet the requirement of the female to clean and clean the inner and outer clothes for a time,so that the one-time classification and washing of the clothes has become a problem to be solved by the female user.The purpose of this paper is to design and develop a classified washing machine for woman clothing based on the theory of user experience,which can meet the requirements of classified washing and protection of woman clothing,and can highly clean and sterilize underwear clothes.In the process of user analysis and demand analysis,by using questionnaire survey,user interview,user role model establishment and other research methods,the demand results of female users for washing and protection machine products are obtained.combined with the results of investigation and analysis,strict and accurate research and analysis are carried out on product function,man-machine size analysis,technical principle,color,material and surface processing.Deeply understand and carry out application research on high temperature disinfection and silver ion sterilization technology.Then the design practice stage of the product begins.Based on the research and analysis results of the design and analysis of the woman clothing washing machine,the 3D modeling and appearance rendering of the product are completed with the help of Rhinoceros,Key Shot software.Finally,the prototype model of the product isobtained,and then the rationality and applicability of the product design are verified by the user design evaluation of the prototype experience.The results are as follows: based on the user experience,a clothing washing machine product which can meet the requirements of female users for one-time classified cleaning of internal and external clothing and high grade disinfection and sterilization function is designed,which provides a more convenient and healthy life experience for female users,and the research process is progressive layer by layer.Finally,the prototype design of female clothing classified washing machine is completed. |
