This paper begins with the introduction of flexible solar cells and carbon fiber,and summarizes respectively the current application of which in the domestic and foreign field of clothing.It also focuses on the application of carbon fiber in the heating clothing field,and then sum up the characteristics of carbon fiber heating clothing.From security,structure and material aspects,this article presents the existing problems,which the solar clothing and the carbon fiber heating clothing need to consider and solve.According to the fact that human's temperature usually decreases when the heat production is not sufficient to the heat release in cold environment,the solar heating clothing should meet the functional requirements including active heating and passive warm-protection.Active heating function is realized through technical design,and passive warm-protection functional requirements can be realized through the fabric choice and the structural design.At last,the article presents the experiments of subjective and objective evaluation of thermal comfort.The experiments consist of four aspects including ordinary warm,carbon fabric panels attached to body,the middle layer placed and the Y-shaped panels heating.It turns out that the Y-shaped carbon fiber heating panels can meet the thermal comfort requirements in the cold environment.Then based on the Y-shaped carbon fiber panels,the whole costume design is accomplished.Mainly according to the characteristics of each electronic device,the structure process design for disassembly is carried out.In the end,this paper presents the great significance of this research in the field of active heating clothing.
