In order to comprehensively improve the international core competitiveness of industry,China has implemented the "Smart Manufacturing 2025" strategy to promote the integration and development of "Internet + advanced manufacturing".One of the key areas of research and attention in the process of accelerating the construction of industrial Internet is to improve the production efficiency and internationalization of enterprises.However,traditional lean production theories and methods are weak in solving the standardization management problems in the new era.Therefore,it is necessary to integrate traditional lean production theories and methods with information technology to solve the real-life problems of enterprises.This paper focuses on the energy management problems in the context of workshop layout and layout of Company D.It indicatively combines the theoretical approach of traditional industrial engineering with industrial Internet to provide an effective improvement solution for the enterprise.The research results are summarized as follows:(1)based on the functional architecture of the industrial Internet big data resource management platform,the functions and technical architecture of the platform’s network monitoring and data collection module and visualization module are designed;(2)the advantages of the data resource management platform for the SLP method in data collection and analysis are discussed,and the conclusion that the platform can improve data validity,calculation accuracy and program feasibility is obtained gives a preliminary layout optimization scheme using SLP method,and the optimal scheme is obtained based on genetic algorithm,and the total handling distance decreases by 17.6%,20.4% and 28.4%,and the volume distance product decreases by 31.6%,28.6% and 35.1%,and the optimal scheme saves an area of 65.7m~2;(3)based on the industrial Internet data resource Resource management platform,designed an improvement plan for the energy management problems extended by the workshop layout,and through the comparison of operation effects,the average monthly electricity consumption decreased by 6.86%,the average monthly electricity cost decreased by 6.81%,and the electricity loss decreased by more than 81.5%.It provides an effective research method for related similar enterprises to solve the layout and energy management problems.
