| The instrument industry is an important part of the advanced manufacturing industry,which plays an important role in promoting the upgrading of the national industrial foundation and the modernization of the industrial chain.Tunkia Co.,Ltd.is currently a leading enterprise in the field of electrical and magnetic measurement in the domestic instrument industry.At present,the company is facing many R&D management problems,which restricts the development of the company.It is urgent to establish a scientific and standardized R&D management system.Under this background,the research of this paper is carried out.Through the collection and research of books,periodicals and other documents related to R&D management system,this paper combs the theoretical contents of R&D management,R&D management system and project management,and understands the current situation,characteristics and existing problems of R&D management of enterprises at home and abroad.Then take Tunkia Co.,Ltd.as the research object,comprehensively understand the current situation of the company’s R&D management in the form of questionnaire survey,sort out the typical problems.Then it combines with personal interview records to further understand the possible causes of the above problems.Through the comparative study of four R&D product development modes of PACE,IPD,SGS and PVM,it is found that IPD mode is most suitable for the development needs of Tunkia Co.,Ltd.at the present stage.The optimization scheme of R&D management system is designed from four aspects:organizational structure,product development process,platform strategy and document management system.Subsequently,the implementation schedule is formulated,and the specific guarantee measures in three dimensions of organization guarantee,human resource guarantee and information guarantee are put forward to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization scheme of R & D management system.Through the research of this paper,Tunkia Co.,Ltd.has established a set of scientific,efficient and practical R&D management system to guide the company to reasonably allocate R&D resources,optimize R&D process,strengthen R&D team management and control R&D risks.It has realized efficient project management and reduced R&D costs,and finally improved the enterprise’s innovation ability and competitiveness in the industry.It provides a reference sample for the reform of R&D management system of small and medium-sized R&D enterprises in the industry. |
