Research On Product Development Management System Based IPD In SR Company

It has become an big need for many enterprises to build an successful product develop management system.As one of the few automatic transmission manufacturers with completely independent property rights in China,SR company has increasing R＆D investment.However,the system lacks planning.As a result,the efficiency is not high,the cost is high,and the cycle is long.It has big impact on the company’s market competition.Therefore,the company urgently needs to optimize the management system.On account of integrated product development（IPD）,this paper ameliorates deficiencies in the development of SR company.Firstly,the current situation of SR company’s development management is analyzed.It analyzes the defects of strategy,mode and organization.The factors caused these aspects are revealed.It provides the baiss for the optimization.Secondly,the causal relationship of the factors is analyzed using the ISM method.And the root causes for the deficiency of the present’s system is revealed.On this basis,the requirements,objectives and the scheme of the optimization is analyzed.It is based on IPD.Thirdly,the product platform function module planning method based on QFD is proposed.The customer demand evaluation based on AHP,customer demand function structure multi-layer mapping based on QFD and product platform function module clustering method considering weight are studied.An example is given to discuss the method.Fourthly,the development implementation procedure architecture based on IPD is constructed.The cross departmental team of the has been improved.The main processes,such as market management,technology management and development management,are normalized.Fifthly,the implementation guarantee measures and development project promotion mechanism are established,and the implementation effect is analyzed.The implementation of this paper can provide foundation for SR company’s development management.It can bring fast speed,low expenditure,and low risk of the development.It also can enrich the theory of integrated product development.
