Research On Product R&D Management System Of HZ Company

Our aviation industry started later than in the west.For many years,our country invested lots of recourse to improve self-developing ability in defense aviation equipment and to break away from the dependence on test and imitation.Many improvements have been achieved.We have gradually formed the top plans for aviation equipment whole vale chain and R&D management system for whole business flow.However,aero-bearings,as the key supporting and transmitting component to the airplane power system,its development fell behind.Though aero-bearing is small in size,it integrated lots of fundamental technologies.HZ company shouldered the historical mission of accelerating the breakthrough in aero-bearing key technics,providing stable and reliable aero-bearing products,and improving the international competence of domestic aero-bearings.Firstly,this paper compares the development of R&D management in bearing industry at home and abroad,summarizes the general situation of HZ company,then analyses the current situation and existing problems of R&D management in HZ company,studies the deep-seated causes of these management problems,On this basis,the feasibility of applying IPD theory to product R&D system of Hz company is analyzed,and based on integrated product development(IPD)R&D management.In theory,the overall framework of product R&D system is composed of product R&D platform subsystem,R&D process subsystem,R&D evaluation subsystem and R&D organization subsystem.This system takes into account the influence of market demand on investment decision-making of product development and technology development,strengthens the ability of control and quality management of product R&D management process,and establishes priorities.Higher cross-departmental joint project development team improves the flexibility and timeliness of project response.Finally,this paper elaborates on a series of safeguard measures taken by HZ company in implementing IPD-based R&D management system,which provides guidance for the follow-up implementation of management reform.I wish this paper can help HZ Company solve management bottlenecks in product development,improve its product developing efficiency,control its developing cost and form its capability of independent innovation.After all,I wish it could provide references to R&D management system construction of fundamental equipment in aviation industry.
