Research On The Design Method Of Landscape Nodes Of Plain Rural Roads In Zibei Area

In recent years,rural tourism has developed rapidly.Under the background of a new round of "Going to the Mountains and Going to the Countryside Program," highquality road driving experience and landscape node design are essential components of rural tourism.With a point-shaped,acupuncture-style landscape node design,tourism services and daily travel could coordination very well.The viewing context of the rural roads is connected by a point-to-surface and multi-point connection.Through the research on rural roads,combined with the case practice of rural road landscape nodes in Northern Ziyang,this paper discusses the design method of rural road landscape nodes with using modern design language to display local characteristics.This paper uses the methods of literature research,environmental behavior,field research,questionnaire interview,and case practice to obtain the basic dat a on rural roads in the Zibei area,sort out the three levels of rural roads,analyze the morphological characteristics of rural roads from the line,section and road width,and form appropriate and efficient design methods to guide the practice of landsca pe nodes.The thesis has five chapters.The first chapter introduces the origin of the thesis and the research trends in China and oversea then explain the purpose,significance,and research object.It also defines the concept of rural roads,describes the classification,characteristics,and functions of rural roads,explains the landscape nodes of rural roads,and briefly introduces the basic geography,climate,agriculture,and tourism of Zibei.The second chapter include the design method construction,it from the perspective of people,sites,and roads.It sorts out the eight elements of road landscape node design.This elements are affected by two aspects.On the one hand,they are affected by r oad morphological characteristics.Their contents have three parts,line type,section,and road width.On the other hand,they are affected by people behavior.We will separate two aspects and explain the relationship of the road landscape nodes.The third chapter,through the deep research of rural roads in Zibei,divides the rural roads into three levels: provincial roads,township roads,and village roads.It sorts out the elementary lines of the roads in Zibei and the typical cross-sections and width characteristics of rural roads.The influence of geography,economy,climate,and culture on landscape node design is specifically analyzed.The behavioral needs of tourists and villagers on three levels of rural roads are examined in this chapter.The fourth chapter summarizes the design methods of rural road landscape nodes in northern Ziyang and present four basic principles which is geography,economy,climate,and cultural suitability,then sum up the design guide for project practice.Firstly,search the site selection,concession,and spacing of landscape nodes.Secondly,analysis the selection of appropriate functional configuration,then figure out the road morphological characteristics.Finally,finish the design of the node from the aspects of shape,scale and material.The fifth chapter includes this paper experience then guides the design practice of three-level rural road landscape nodes in Ziyang District,Yiyang City.More important,introduce the way of analysis and interview to explain how t o improve the design method.
