| The development of economy in China causes the dramatic progress of urbanization.An increasing number of people move from cities to countryside.The phenomenon in Chengdu is particularly obvious due to its casual lifestyle.In 2011,the legislative protection and planning strategy of eco-region around the city started in Chengdu.The construction of eco-gallery around the city continues the balance of urban and rural development and provides a chance to develop the rural tourism with Chengdu characteristics.The development of rural tourism in Chengdu gains a massive attention again.The construction of rural tourism area has become a hot topic since recent years.This paper summarizes the research of rural tourism landscape from former researchers,and further concludes the principle and strategy of the rural tourism landscape design with Chengdu characteristics based on the deep analysis on the significance,characteristics,function,the key factors of landscape and the existed problems of the characteristic rural tourism landscape.A survey of rural tourism market in Chengdu and the quantitative research in recreational area of XingfuMeilin Scenic Resort in Sansheng Flower Village,Chengdu are also proposed.The following conclusions are obtained in this paper:(1)The four characteristics of the rural areas are as follows:the relative dynamic of spatial structure,the blend of multi-cultures,the incubation of new things and the localization of rural landscape.The four functions are as follows:the function of agricultural production and market,the demonstration function of urban and rural development.the balanced function of eco-environment and the service function of tourism.(2)Through case study,Xingfu Meilin scenic resort rural tourism recreation spaces are divided into three types of point,line and space by morphology,and the classifications of the 9 recreation spaces in the area of Xingfu Meilin are as follows:two point recreation spaces are A1 and A2,five Linear recreation spaces are B1,B2,B3,B4 and B5,two planar recreation spaces are C1 and C2.Three recreation axis are summed up as follows:A1-B1-C1,C2(B2-B5)and A2-B3-B4.(3)According to the survey data of the visitors flow rate and the density of population in the scenic area,the statistical table is drawed out.Based on the data analysis,the visitors flow rate of Binhu road space is far greater than that of the other five regions,which is affected by dining activities.By calculating the population density,the relationship between the crowd density and activity richness is obtained.(4)By exploring the place spirit,and the mathematical formula to the place attachment:PA=x*PD+(1-x)*PI,the equation of X(the equation variable of x is between 0 and 1)is reached out:The x for entrance plaza and Merlin landscape Avenue is 0.5;the x for Binhu road and agritainment region,dam road and the happiness road is between 0 and 0.5;the x for plum knowledge corridor is between 0.5 and 1.In PA,the greater proportion of PD(the smaller the PI)shows that tourists are more dependent on the material conditions of the place space,on the contrary,it shows that the psychological dependence of tourists on the place space is stronger(5)According to the survey data,the following conclusions are reached based on the IPA analysis method:In the first quadrant,indexes are excellent which need to keep and focus on.In the second quadrant,indexes are high degree of attention to tourists but failed to reach the expected effect,which need rectification.In the third quadrant,indexes are easily overlooked,the importance and satisfaction of visitors to these indexes are low.In the fourth quadrant,indexes have high degree of satisfaction but failed in popularity,which is an opportunity to the points of scenic development.(6)Through the theoretical research and case study,it draws conclusions that the plights of the development of rural tourism landscape in Chengdu are landscape pattern destruction and the local characteristics defect.And six basic principles about landscape planning and design of special rural tourism in Chengdu and some strategies about the constructions with characteristic landscape spaces come to the conclusion.It puts forward the development direction of the Xingfu Meilin scenic spot:the city park with the plum blossom as the core,with the agricultural ornamental value,which provides the farmhouse enjoyment for the people as the core,and recreation and leisure... |
