Research On The Reconstruction Design Of Rural Housing In Northern Hunan From The Perspective Of Rural Tourism

Under the background of the rapid development of rural tourism and urbanization,the population migration in rural areas is frequent.Meanwhile,the changes in the family structure and living and production mode of rural residents in the process of modernization make the problems of idle rural housing space and disordered spatial layout in northern Hunan become more and more prominent.Based on the background of rural tourism,this paper considers the current solutions of rural housing in northern Hunan,and makes use of the rural tourism market to effectively activate the idle resources of rural housing in northern Hunan,so as to achieve the goal of mutual benefit and win-win situation.The tourism demand of the guest group inevitably has a certain impact on the reconstruction of rural houses.Therefore,on the premise of satisfying the life of rural residents,this paper discusses the reconstruction strategy of rural housing in northern Hunan under the background of rural tourism,and provides some thinking directions and practical experience for the reconstruction of rural housing in the rural tourism market in northern Hunan in the future.The first chapter elaborates the background and significance of this paper,and analyzes the related concepts.In addition,the research situation of rural tourism and rural housing design at home and abroad is summarized,the research method and content of the paper are determined,and the framework is formulated.The second chapter analyzes the regional situation in northern Hunan to understand the feasibility of rural tourism development in northern Hunan.After comparing with the tourism service building types derived from the living needs of the customers,the author puts forward that the development of rural residential buildings in rural tourism is mainly based on accommodation and reception.Through comparing and introducing the similarities and differences of different accommodation and reception types in the current tourism market,the research direction is defined.The third chapter,according to the investigation,by looking for relevant data,analysis and collation of the current situation of rural housing in northern Hunan,and summarize the current problems in rural housing.The fourth chapter is problem-oriented and combines the needs of rural tourism customers to put forward Suggestions on spatial activation transformation strategy,function optimization strategy,elevation localization transformation strategy and infrastructure improvement.Fifth chapter through practice of relevant cases,farmhouse,transformation of rural tourism can be divided into the accommodation reception and compound reception,combining theory study and practice,to YueYangGuo faoug several houses in the demonstration of the farmhouse,reforming practice,discusses in the actual project this article proposed the feasibility of the rural residential renovation strategy under the rural tourism.
