Study On Human Settlement Environment Remediation Planning Of Xigao Village In Qinyang City Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

In the past two decades,the issue of "three rural areas" has been the top priority in China’s social and economic development.With the release of the Strategic Plan of Rural Revitalization(2018-2022)and other related policies,China has gradually explored the "practical" village planning concept in line with the current situation of rural development.In 2021,the proposal of the Three-year Action Plan for the Improvement of Rural Human Settlement Environment officially transformed the rural planning from a macro overall strategy to a specific implementation plan for the improvement of human settlement environment.In this way,rural construction pays more attention to improving people’s quality of life in peace and contentment and is committed to solving the practical problems existing in the countryside.Taking Xigao Village in Qinyang city,Henan Province as the research object,this paper explores the planning scheme of rural human settlement environment improvement in Xigao Village.Through sorting out relevant research results at home and abroad and analyzing outstanding rural planning cases at home and abroad,this paper provides theoretical basis and experience reference for this study.Through the location analysis,traffic analysis,resource analysis and current situation analysis of Xigao Village,the inner potential of Xigao village is tapped,the unique "character characteristics" of the village are found,the planning strategy suitable for the settlement environment improvement of Xigao village is formulated,and the planning direction is reasonably positioned.At present,there are many problems in the overall planning of Xiguo Village,such as loss of regional characteristics,disconnection with villagers’ demands,lack of long-term practicability,serious resource consumption,lack of spiritual civilization support and industrial support.Therefore,it is in urgent need of a practical,green and sustainable development planning scheme for human settlement environment improvement that can awaken the vitality of the village.Aiming at improving the human settlement environment of Xigao village,this study divided the overall planning into two aspects: direct improvement and indirect improvement: improving the village appearance through building style renovation,road improvement planning,public facilities planning,infrastructure planning and public space planning,and directly improving the human settlement environment of Xigao village;Combine local natural resources and cultural resources to carry out spiritual civilization construction,enhance cultural soft power,make rural areas a place where "nostalgia can be retained",promote diversified industrial development,utilize the current network convenience and online economic advantages to attract tourists,realize the return of talents,formulate a sound management system,and ensure the sustainable development of the planning.Thus improving the living environment of Xigao village indirectly.In this paper,through the study of the human settlement environment improvement planning of Xigao Village,we strive to build an ecologically livable Xigao village with prosperous industry,rich life and civilized village style.At the same time,we build the cultural confidence of the villagers,promote the revitalization of culture and spirit of Xigao village,improve the happiness of the villagers in multiple dimensions,improve the quality of life of the villagers,and promote the revitalization of village vitality.The formation of practical residential environment remediation planning scheme,for rural revitalization and rural residential environment remediation planning to provide a new idea.
