Beautiful Rural Planning Based On Rural Revitalization Strategy

The Party’s Nineteenth National Congress clearly stated that it is necessary to vigorously develop rural areas.This major policy decision will create conditions for solving China’s "three rural issues" and create conditions for China’s goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way.Practice has proved that the implementation of the strategy of village rejuvenation has distinctive characteristics of the times,reflects the urgent need for development,and the people’s ardent aspirations.It is also an inevitable requirement for the construction of beautiful countryside and an overall well-to-do society.At this stage,how to complete the construction of"beautiful villages" and build a beautiful rural life that is suitable for industry,tourism,and livability,and raising the happiness index of the peasants’ lives are issues that our government must consider.Based on the concept of rural rejuvenation strategy and the concept of beautiful countryside,this article discusses the relationship between the two developments,studies and analyzes the basic concepts and basic principles of beautiful rural construction,and elaborates on the achievements of the construction of beautiful countryside at home and abroad,and summarizes A construction strategy suitable for Gaofeng Village in Guangde County was provided to provide a theoretical basis for the smooth development of beautiful rural construction.Through in-depth visits to local villagers,the public will be widely consulted about the village’s beautiful rural construction and comprehensively consider the content of the beautiful countryside planning—building a beautiful village life that is suitable for industry,tourism,and livability.This is in line with the status quo of the village and it is "livable".,"Yiyou" and "Yiye" are to carry out concrete construction plans in three aspects,such as the transformation of buildings,the transformation of public space,tourism planning,the promotion of streetscapes,and the planning of industrial space layout.After research,the following main conclusions have been drawn:(1)The current situation of rural development in Gaofeng Village:The building has good stability and the overall style is rather messy;the construction of village roads is relatively short,and the greening of the village streets is poor and the connectivity is poor.Rural tourism is rich in natural resources and cultural resources,but all kinds of resources exist independently,lacking tourism route planning and highlighting tourism projects.In the industrial development,the overall industry did not form a reasonable spatial layout;bamboo forest area of 11,000 acres,bamboo products production technology is low,causing some pollution to the environment.(2)The participation of villagers in the construction of beautiful villages:The villagers have a strong willingness to renovate their living environment and hope that the implementation of the infrastructure and public infrastructure will be improved;in addition,the villagers will also pursue the construction of ecological environment and spiritual culture.(3)The relationship between rural rejuvenation strategy and beautiful rural construction:there is obvious commonality between the beauty of rural construction and rural rejuvenation.It is hoped that the elaboration of this article can contribute to the rural construction work of Gaofeng Village in Guangde County,and also provide a theoretical reference for the construction of a beautiful village in China.
