Research On Optimization Of Public Space Environment In Jiuhua Resettlement Community In Xiangtan

Jiuhua Development Zone in Xiangtan City is a national economic development zone.The resettlement community in the development zone was formed around 2000.At present,Jiuhua Development Zone is in an important stage from incremental development to stock update and quality improvement.The early planning and construction of community public space environment needs to be optimized and reconstructed.This paper takes the public space environment of Jiuhua resettlement community in Xiangtan as the research object.Through literature analysis,it sorts out the development history of urban communities and resettlement communities at home and abroad,clarifies the development characteristics of public space environment construction of urban communities and resettlement communities at home and abroad,and analyzes the public space landscape opening theory,new urbanism theory,external space experience theory,environmental organic renewal theory,ecological livable theory and other related theories of public space environment optimization of urban communities at home and abroad.Based on the field investigation and questionnaire survey analysis of the current situation of public space environment in Jiuhua resettlement community,combined with the case analysis of community public space environment construction optimization,this paper puts forward the humanized principle,ecological principle,integrity principle,regional principle and sustainability principle of public space environment optimization in Jiuhua resettlement community.In view of the main problems existing in the public space environment of Jiuhua resettlement community,combined with the optimization theory of urban community public space environment at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the optimization strategy of the public space environment of the resettlement community from four aspects : optimizing the street space environment,perfecting the supporting service facilities,creating a green ecological environment and improving the environmental characteristics,which has certain reference value for the optimization and improvement of the public space environment of Jiuhua resettlement community.Domestic studies on resettlement communities tend to large and medium-sized cities,while studies on resettlement communities in smaller cities are slightly insufficient.Based on the natural and humanistic characteristics of Xiangtan,this paper studies the optimization of the public space environment of Jiuhua resettlement community,which has certain theoretical significance and practical application value,and also has certain enlightening significance for the construction and development of the future resettlement community.
