Many urban marginalvillages are going to disappear during the process of urbanization. The sample ofmodern urban planning is still continued and plagiarized on the planning ofresettlement residential quarter. The orderly spatial street and plaza are no longer exitin the residential quarter. Different level spaces are pieced together between buildingsin the residential quarter, and the level of space has disappeared already.Promoting new style urbanization should not blindly copy the foreign mode, butinherit our own context and remold our own regional culture features. The lack of sense ofbelonging and field of resettlement residents is not only displaying on the substancebut also on the spiritual and cultural.In Lefebvre’s eyes, space can be produced, and two opposite factors of substanceand spiritual can be combined by the space of production. The production of space isnot only the production of substance, but also influenced by the culture,habit,historyand so on. In social practice, habit, regional and capital are considered at the sametime as the interaction by Bourdieu. In the tide of Chinese urbanization, urban fringeof city is the main places of social practice and production. Villages with Chineseculture foundation are slowly going to disappear right now. Farmers are moving toresentment residential quarter, and the performance of non-adaptive shows moreobvious since they translated to urban residents from farmer. The public space of resettlement quarter is becoming the carrier of normal life of residents, and normalactive and basic communication of residents are taken here. The village levels andhuman emotion as well as customs should be continued in the public space ofresidential quarter, so as to let the district has a clear regional and let residents adaptmodern lifestyle. The adaptive design of resettlement quarters should combine themodern city factors, such as social, economic, culture and so on. The becoming spacein the original villages influenced by nature conditions and human conditions shouldbe refered and continued.
