In order to implement the "Several Opinions on Accelerating the Industrialization of New Construction" jointly issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development,the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and other nine departments,accelerate the industrialization of new construction,solve the problems of labor shortage in the construction industry,the rights and interests of migrant workers are not protected,and promote the transformation of migrant workers in the construction industry into industrial workers to meet the needs of the industrialization of the construction industry,It has become an urgent issue to ensure the successful transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.This thesis takes migrant workers in the construction industry as the research object,focuses on promoting the transformation of migrant workers into workers in the construction industry,and takes Shandong Province,an important export province of migrant workers and a province with relatively developed construction industry,as the research area.Based on consulting a large number of literatures on the transformation of migrant workers,this thesis finds out the factors affecting the transformation of migrant workers in the construction industry by summarizing and summarizing.Experts were invited to conduct two rounds of questionnaire survey,and the main influencing factors were screened out.At the same time of literature research,it goes deep into the group of migrant workers,conducts a survey and research on how migrant workers adapt to the transformation and upgrading of the industry.Using the questionnaire feedback data of migrant workers,it makes an empirical analysis on the significance of the main influencing factors through the binary logistic regression method,and concludes that the factors influencing marriage,family income and labor contract signing have the greatest impact on the transformation of migrant workers in the construction industry.Combined with the results of data analysis,the thesis puts forward the countermeasures at the level of government policy and organization,enterprise development and migrant workers themselves.In this thesis,literature analysis and Delphi method are comprehensively used to find the influencing factors,and significance verification is carried out by binary logistic regression method.With the scientific and systematic characteristics of theoretical research,this thesis puts forward ideas to solve the transformation of migrant workers in the construction industry,which will promote the development of new-type construction industrialization and assist migrant workers in the construction industry to transform into industrial workers.Promoting the transformation and upgrading of the industry has certain theoretical and practical significance.
