Secondary vocational education is the starting point of vocational education and plays the basic function of vocational education.This stage is very important for the cultivation of students’ vocational ability and independent learning ability.However,under the traditional teaching mode,the teaching of "Construction Organization and Management" in secondary vocational schools has many problems,such as deviation between course positioning and enterprise needs,insufficient course teaching resources,dull classroom atmosphere,low student participation in class,and strong subjectivity in teaching evaluation.In order to solve these problems,promote the informatization reform of secondary vocational schools,and improve the quality of teaching and talent training,this study carried out a hybrid teaching practice research on the course of "Building Construction Organization and Management" based on the OBE education concept,taking the 2405 and 2406 classes of the construction engineering construction major of Guizhou J Secondary Vocational School as the research objects,in order to provide reference for the implementation of mixed teaching in the secondary vocational construction professional courses.This research theory combines practice,with the support of educational goal classification theory,constructivist learning theory,mastery learning theory,and educational communication theory,with academic performance,classroom observation and learning satisfaction as the main observation points,and aiming at improving the vocational ability and self-learning ability of secondary vocational students.On the basis of sorting out and analyzing the research results of predecessors,through student surveys,teacher interviews and enterprise visits,we can understand the current teaching status of the "Construction Organization and Management" course in secondary vocational schools and the performance needs of enterprise construction personnel,and then analyze the problems and reasons in the teaching of the "Construction Organization and Management" course of secondary vocational schools.Secondly,the necessity and feasibility analysis of blended teaching based on OBE concept is carried out,and four principles of blended teaching under the OBE concept in secondary vocational schools are proposed,and then the "OAPIE" blended teaching design model is constructed.Then,the situation of practical classes and benchmark classes is analyzed,and teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching resources,teaching activities,teaching evaluations and other sub-designs are carried out to lay the foundation for the implementation of blended teaching.At the same time,a rain classroom teaching platform was built,relying on the drawing "XX City XX Primary School Administration Building" attached to the back of the textbook,the key units of the course "Building Construction Organization and Management" were selected,and three rounds of hybrid teaching practice were carried out according to the idea of "teaching design-teaching implementation-teaching evaluation-teaching reflection,improvement and re-implementation".Finally,the academic performance,classroom performance,and student satisfaction comparison between the practical class and the benchmark class are carried out,and the teaching effectiveness and shortcomings are analyzed,and the teaching implementation suggestions are put forward in a targeted manner.Practice shows that it is necessary and feasible to explore the blended teaching of OBE concept in secondary vocational schools.After the teaching mode was applied to the professional course of "Construction Organization and Management",students’ interest in learning was stimulated,their independent learning ability and academic performance improved,and their participation and enthusiasm in the classroom were improved,and most of the students expressed satisfaction with the blended teaching under the OBE concept.The "OAPIE" blended teaching design model provides ideas for secondary vocational front-line teachers to carry out refined teaching design,and has reference value for the implementation of blended teaching in secondary vocational schools.At the same time,in order to ensure the teaching effect,the level of information teaching of teachers needs to be improved,the pre-class teaching design and the supervision and guidance of student learning need to be paid attention to,and the incentive mechanism for students needs to be improved.
