Abstract/Summary:
As the main equipment for counter-terrorism,wheeled armored vehicles play a pivotal role in responding to tensions at home and abroad.In addition to combat and transportation,the appearance of the wheeled armored vehicle itself is also the reflection and embodiment of its functions.In recent years,many scholars have done related researches on bionic design and vehicle styling design.The bionic design neutralizes the "function first" situation in vehicle design.Base on these researches,the following article will associate natural creatures with using the perceptual image words of wheeled armored vehicles,also select suitable bionic objects and apply the morphological bionic design to the process of designing vehicles.This will enable the morphological characteristics of the creature to be reflected in the overall shape of the vehicle,and exhibiting the appearance of a wheeled armored vehicle with biological aesthetics.Firstly,with perceptual engineering research method,collect and cluster the perceptual images of wheeled armored vehicles by the Kano model,therefrom five typical perceptual image word pairs are determined.Next,refine the characteristic elements of wheeled armored vehicles and establish the corresponding product sample database、styling element sample database according to the SPSD automobile styling evaluation index,afterwards we can abstract the mapping relationship between the styling elements of wheeled armored vehicles and the perceptual image.Secondly,based on the cognitive coupling theory,at the stage of bionics establishment,we can propose a bionics selection method,establish a bionics sample library,and collecte users’ perceptual cognitive evaluations of bionics.By bringing in the concept of image cognitive coupling,select the bionic creature with the highest degree of coupling with the perceptual image of the wheeled armored vehicle as the morphological bionic creature,from the two perspectives of perceptual image mean and cosine similarity.At the biological feature element selection stage,bring bionics into the topological structure and deconstruct it into a four-level feature structure and deconstructed into a four-level feature structure,next,calculate the topological relationship weights between the feature elements,therefore three pairs of main feature elements can be selceted and used in the bionic modeling design of wheeled armored vehicles.Finally,combine biological feature elements and wheeled armored vehicle modeling elements,according to the principle of cognitive coupling to generate three wheeled armored vehicle modeling design schemes.Next,based on the modeling evaluation mechanism of topological space similarity,prioritize the coupling degree of the three design schemes and the comprehensive similarity of the bionics,so that we can select the optimal design plan,and verify the coupling bionic design results and optimization feasibility of wheeled armored vehicles.The paper proposes a bionic design method for specific product morphology,based on the coupling theory of morphological cognition and topology.Among the rational choice of bionics,the perceptual mapping between products and bionics,and the effective coupling of product styling elements and biological feature elements can provide ideas for product form bionic design,and improve the coupling degree and overall effect of bionic design,finally achieve The wheeled armored vehicle combines a high degree of mechanical and bionic sense.
